Booking Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival NO REFUND.
• Cancellation outside of 30 days, deposit will be refunded less an Admin fee of $30.00.
• Refunds will not be given to cancellations due to weather or early departures.

We are a pet-friendly holiday park with campsite bookings only! Please ensure your furry friends are well-behaved and kept on a leash at all times.

• Pets are permitted at the discretion of management. Please adhere to Park rules as we do not wish to revert to a NON-Pet friendly Park
• Park Managers will use this discretion on how many dogs they will allow per reservation
• Pets must be kept on a leash at ALL times and not left unattended in the park.  They cannot be tied to the outside of any park owned buildings (office, amenities, camp kitchens, laundry, recreation room or the pool & playground areas)
• Pets are NOT permitted in any cabins or any house bookings
• Pets are NOT permitted inside any park owned buildings (office, amenities, camp kitchens, laundry, recreation room or the pool & playground areas)
• Dispose of any animal wastes PROMPTLY & APPROPRIATELY, by picking up, wrapping up the pet waste in a plastic bag and placing in the bins provided throughout the park
• Service animals are permitted – the property reserves the right to ask for proof
• Bookings for dogs must be booked in advance to determine availability in our park
• Dangerous or aggressive dogs are not permitted at any time in the park
• It is the responsibility of the dog owner to manage their dog’s behaviour
• Dog owners are personally responsible for any injuries and/or property damage or losses caused by any action relating to their dog

Park Management reserves the right to ask guests to LEAVE if any of the above rules are not adhered to or if the pet is deemed to be destructive or disruptive to other guests. No refund will be given.

• Payments/Deposits: Peak Season and School holiday bookings a deposit is required at the time of booking. Cabins/Houses $100.00, caravan sites $50.00.
• Peak Season bookings balance of accommodation is required 30 days prior to arrival unless advised otherwise.
• Failure to pay when requested may result in your booking being cancelled.
• All other accommodation, a deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival and balance to be paid in full on arrival.

Park Rules

• Management reserves the right to allocate site bookings, as needed, to maximise occupancy, assist in rehabilitation of sites and to accommodate varied van sizes.
• All guests are required to complete online pre-registration prior to arrival. Link to guest portal will be provided.
• Cabins/Houses are to be left clean and tidy, dishes washed and rubbish removed. A cleaning charge will be incurred if cleaning takes more than the allocated cleaning time.
• Noise is to be kept to an acceptable level at all times with Quiet time from 10pm to 7am. Please ensure all music is turned off at this time.
• Smoking is not permitted in any park building, pool area or playground.
• Bicycles are permitted during daylight hours only and helmets MUST be worn at all times by both adults & children
• Pool is open from 9.00am until dusk, NO Glass or Smoking is permitted in the pool area. Children must be supervised.
• Visitors are required to check in at the office before entering the park. All visitors are to have vacated the park prior to 10pm.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone who is breaking the park rules, to leave. NO REFUNDS will be given.

Car Parking

• One car permitted per site.
• Extra vehicles are required to park in the visitors car park.
• Visitors are required to park in the visitors carpark, all visitors are required to report to the office before entering the park.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park or park listed on BIG4.com.au. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
