LIKE us on Facebook for updates, competitions and photos! The Villa Doubles feature two bedrooms with a double bed in the main and one single bed and a bunk in the second. All linen supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, full sized fridge, microwave television and DVD. There is also a second television in the main bedroom.
Reception hours are 8am to 6pm and 8am to 7pm during holiday season. Guests arriving outside these times must contact the park during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
Changes and Cancellation
Cancellations – Cancellations for stays during high season must be made more than  days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within  days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 9am on the day prior to arrival. An administration fee of $30 will be charged on all cancellations.
This accommodation is not pet friendly.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation is required at the time of booking. Christmas + Easter - a $300 deposit is due for Cabins and a $100 deposit is due for Sites at time of booking. We do not accept AMEX
A $30 administration fee is charged for ALL cancellations
What you need to know
A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking. The Park will process the charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email/address supplied. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays apply between Christmas and New Year (7), Easter (5), and during long weekends (3). There is no charge for children under 2 years. The BIG4 Riverside Swan Hill Dog Policy applies to all guests wishing to have their dogs in the park. Check out time is 10am. A late check out can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time for cabins is from 2pm and powered and unpowered sites from 11am. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorized to use the card • Not be able to pay for charges incurred • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog that has not been approved by management • Be concealing other unauthorized animal. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially and unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refunds will be given to persons ejected. Australian Standards relating to the use of bunk beds state “Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk. Children must not play on the top bunk.” Please take this into consideration when making your booking. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
