Changes and Cancellation

Individual Bookings:
Refunds will be given less an administration fee of $25.00 providing 30 days or more notice is given. If less than 30 days notice, deposits less a $25 administration fee will only be refunded if the vacancy is resold.

Group Bookings cancelling 5 or more cabins/powered sites:
Refunds will be given less an administration fee of $25.00 providing 60 days or more notice is given. If less than 60 days notice, deposits less a $25 administration fee will only be refunded if the vacancy is resold.
No Refunds will be given for early departure.


Pets

Dogs are welcome at Managers discretion

A credit/debit card deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required at time of booking. The balance is due on check in.

Online bookings will be charged a deposit within 24 hours of the booking being made.

Changes and Cancellations - Please contact the Park directly to discuss changes and cancellations.

The Park will process a charge against your Credit/debit Card and send confirmation to the email address supplied.

Reception Hours - 9.00am-6.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact us during Reception hours to make alternate arrangements.

No Shows - Guests who fail to arrive on designated day will forfeit cost of first night.

Special Requests - are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.

Credit Card Required - A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park. Any damage caused may be charged against that card.

Minimum stays may apply as noted on the booking screen at various times of year and for various offers.

No charge for children under 2 years.

Check Out - by 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at extra charge where available. Check In - from 2pm.

Right of Refusal - We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: * Not be the same person named on the booking request * Not be the same person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card * Not be able to pay for charges * May cause damage to property of the Park or other guests * May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour * Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age * Be concealing a pet or other unauthorised animal * For any other reasonably reason

Socially Unacceptable Behaviour - We reserve the right to eject guests deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given. Charges will apply for any damage caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
