Individual Bookings:
Refunds will be given less an administration fee of $25 providing 30 days or more notice is given. If less than 30 days' notice, deposits less a $25 administration fee will only be refunded if the vacancy is resold.

Group Bookings cancelling 5 or more cabins/powered sites:
Refunds will be given less an administration fee of $25 providing 60 days or more notice is given. If less than 60 days' notice, deposits less a $25 administration fee will only be refunded if the vacancy is resold.
No Refunds will be given for early departure.

A credit/debit card deposit equivalent to the first nights' accommodation is required at time of booking. The balance is due on check in.

For this park

1. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when not in the guest’s caravan.
2. Dogs must be well behaved and under control at all times.
3. Dogs must not be tied up and left alone while the owners go out.
4. Owners must pick up after their dogs and put it in the bins provided around the park.
5. All dogs must be kept on a lead while walking around the park.
6. Pet blankets and accessories are not to be washed in the cabin or communal washing machines.
7. Guests are requested to advise reception of any loss or damages that may have been caused during their stay. Staff will review the situation and where necessary, charges will be applied as per the guest’s reservation terms and conditions.
8. Pets must not be allowed to bark or indulge in anti-social or destructive behaviour.
9. We regret we are unable to permit large dogs or dogs of a breed that may cause other guests to experience anxiety or fear for their safety. For this reason, breeds such as rottweilers and pit bull terriers and other "Dangerous Dogs” as defined in 34A of the Domestic Animals Act 1994 are prohibited within the park
10. The decision to allow a guest with a pet into the park is at the Manager’s absolute discretion at all times.
11. The Manager reserves the right to ask any guest with a pet to leave immediately if the above rules are not complied with or the pet is causing a nuisance.
12. The breed and size of the dog must be declared at the time of reservation.

These conditions are aimed at ensuring everyone has an enjoyable stay at our Park.

FOR DOGS TO BE PERMITTED IN PARK CABINS, THEY MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

1. The breed and size of the dog must be declared at the time of reservation.
2. Dogs must be house trained and well behaved.
3. Dogs are not permitted on the beds or couches within our cabins.
4. Dogs can only go in specified pet friendly cabins
5. Dogs are not to be left alone in the cabin or tied up outside while the guests go out
6. Though we understand that dogs do bark, excessive and ongoing barking is not ideal for guests to enjoy a peaceful getaway.
7. Dogs that shed excessively will not be permitted inside the cabins
8. For the health and safety of all our guests and their pets, all visiting dogs must be treated for fleas prior to arrival and be up to date on all vaccinations as required
9. An additional ‘Nightly Pet Charge’ for all cabin bookings will be applied at $5.00 per pet, per night. This amount is payable on check in.
10. An 'Excessive Cleaning Fee' (from $150) will be charged if a cabin is left in an unacceptable condition due to pets e.g. pet hair on beds/couches etc.
11. The acceptance of pets (including but not limited to dogs), is at the ultimate discretion of Management. Acceptance may be revoked at any time.

Changes and Cancellations: Please contact the Park directly to discuss changes and cancellations.

The Park will process a charge against your Credit/debit Card and send confirmation to the email address supplied.

Reception Hours: 9.00am-6.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact us during Reception hours to make alternate arrangements.

No Shows: Guests who fail to arrive on designated day will forfeit cost of first night.

Special Requests: Are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.

Credit Card Required: A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park. Any damage caused may be charged against that card.

Minimum stays: May apply as noted on the booking screen at various times of year and for various offers.

Infants: No charge for children under 2 years.

Check Out: by 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at extra charge where available. Check In - from 2pm.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

* Not be the same person named on the booking request
* Not be the same person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card
* Not be able to pay for charges * May cause damage to property of the Park or other guests
* May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
* Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
* Be concealing a pet or other unauthorised animal
* For any other reasonably reason

Socially Unacceptable Behaviour: We reserve the right to eject guests deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given. Charges will apply for any damage caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
