A credit card must be provided at time of booking; your credit card will be charged at the time of booking for the duration of stay
COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions, see below.mply with parks usual terms and conditions: Any cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will forfeit deposit. Changes and Cancellation: Any cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will forfeit deposit. • Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. • Prices subject to change without notice. • Australian Standards State: "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk. Children must not play on the top bunk." Please take this into consideration when making your booking. • Advance bookings are essential and subject to availability. • Tariffs are GST inclusive. • Persons under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a Parent or guardian. Booking cannot exceed the number of allocated guests per cabin. •Tent site bookings cannot exceed 14 days total per stay, caravan bookings cannot exceed 27 days total per stay •Management has the right to refuse a booking at any time. • All accommodation is non-smoking. Please be advised that we may use the credit card supplied to cover any unpaid site fees or costs arisen from damage or additional cleaning that may be required, and that the signature of the customer when authorising the payment for the booking covers the park for these purposes. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
