COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions, see below. Changes and cancellations for stays during high season must be made more than 60 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 60 days of arrival and if accommodation can be onsold then a refund will be issued, less an administration fee. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival and will be subject to an administration fee TERMS AND CONDITIONS Payments - A credit card payment (Please note a 1.5%charge will be added to credit card payments) for the total amount is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival and will be subject to an administration fee Reception hours are 8am to 7pm (8am-8pm summer). Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies during high season, a minimum of 4 nights at Easter, a minimum of 3-4 nights on long weekends and a minimum of 2 nights on other weekends. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 17 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 17 years. There is no charge under 2 years. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 2pm. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal "STRICT NO PARTY POLICY" "GROUPS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY" We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
