Cancellation & changes

1. Deposits will be refunded provided at least 7 days notice is given, or the booking may be transferred to a mutually suitable date.
2. Where less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given, one nights accommodation will be forfeited. This is not applicable during Covid lockdowns and a full refund will be issued.
3. Tariffs and deposits are non refundable if your stay is cut short on day of arrival or during your stay.
4. Confirmed bookings during peak times cannot be reduced prior to arrival.

We envisage that these special circumstances will be rare. However, should this need occur, guests will be notified in advance (whenever possible) and a no refund/discount policy will apply.
