◆ Minimum of 4 nights stay applicable.

◆ If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we will hold your remaining funds in credit for 12 months from the day of cancellation.

For the comfort of our guests, BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Queenscliff Beacon has a strict no dog policy with the exception of medically required guide, hearing or disability dogs.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount may change based on the tariff type selected. See terms and conditions of tariff types below in Changes and Cancellation.
Rates are nightly for up to two people, unless otherwise indicated. Infants under three years old stay free; fees apply as indicated for additional guests two years old and over. All guests under 18 years old are to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Day visitors over two years old will be charged at $20 per person. Rates and minimum booking periods are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation must be notified in adherance to your rate specific terms and conditions. Failure to advise of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, may result in your booking being cancelled without any refund to you. Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability. Some rates or packages may not be changed or cancelled.
