Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on will be covered by the BIG4 COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy and the BIG4 Brand Promise, see the 'what you need to know' section, below, for more details.


Sorry pets aren't allowed at BIG4 Anglesea, with the exception of medically certified guide dogs.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit equivalent to the first nights' accommodation will lock your stay in when booking - except for stays during Christmas/January, Easter and Melbourne Cup long weekend where the deposit is 40% of your booking. The park will pop this against your credit card and email you out a confirmation quick sticks. Keep in mind package/deal deposits can be a little different, see the deals section of our website for these details.


A 1.35% bank merchant service fee applies to any payments on Visa Card or Mastercard.

What you need to know

A note about Powered Sites:

Our powered artificial grass sites are so ace but the dimensions of your van/camper trailer are realllly important here. They can accommodate vans/trailers up to 22 ft /7 m in size......max!

Heads up: The length of your setup needs to include the draw bar right through to the back of the van/camper trailer, including any storage boxes, spare tyres, bike racks and any other bits and bobs - we just want to make sure that when you get here you fit here! 

And remember, if you book online you receive a $20 kiosk voucher! (does not apply to deals).

COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy:

Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions, see below. 

We are always happy to refund because we know things can change, you just need to let us know. For a full refund, make any changes and cancellation to your booking 8 weeks prior to arrival for peak periods, 2 weeks prior to arrival for long weekends and 48 hours prior to arrival at other times. Keep in mind that if you cancel in less than these times your deposit will be forfeited and as much as we would love to, we can't refund for early departure.

BIG4 Memberships:

In-park membership perks vary for all of BIG4 Parks. These added bonuses are the bomb, keep in mind they are subject to availability.

Site and Unit Guarantee:

If it is important to you to be next door to friends or to make sure you are in particular location, site or unit, you can grab a Site/Unit Guarantee which is $10 per night for sites and $20 per night for units. If you don't mind where you are, general allocation can be fun too!

Bunk Beds:

Just to let you know, little people need to be 9 years or above to sleep on the top bunk.

The Practical:

This part's not fun but we need to say it. We reserve the right to not take a booking at any time or to eject guests from the park when we deem it to be necessary. Any damage caused during a stay will be charged against the credit card used for your booking.
