Dogs are permitted on sites at the manager’s discretion. It will not be possible to book with a dog on BIG4.com.au. Please contact our Park directly. Pet owners are directly responsible for disposing of their dogs waste, and will be held responsible for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or loss. Pets are not to be left unattended. For health and safety reasons pets are not permitted in common areas. eg. BBQ area, Pool enclosure, recreation room, camp kitchen etc.
A minimum deposit of first nights rate is required for all accommodation bookings. For bookings during peak periods a deposits of $300 for cabins and $150 for powered sites are required upon booking and must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Online Bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Booking: All balances owing are to be paid IN FULL upon arrival Check In/Out Procedures CHECK IN time is from 2pm. CHECK OUT time no later than 10am for accommodation and 11am for sites. LATE CHECKOUTS may be arranged with prior consent from the office. A $15 fee applies to checkouts longer than ½ an hour. After 7:00pm arrivals, please contact Guest Services.
Rates are nightly for up to two people, unless otherwise indicated. Infants under two years old stay free; fees apply as indicated for additional guests two years old and over. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 3 to 15 years. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available. All guests under 18 years old are to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Day visitors over two years old will be charged at $10 per adult and $5 per child. Rates and minimum booking periods are subject to change without notice.
COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy:
Notwithstanding any applicable rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months, if, at the time of stay, any of the following criteria applies or is reasonably expected to apply:

Awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test will not automatically give rise to a right of cancellation under the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy. If, within 72 hours prior to arrival, you have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to obtain a COVID-19 test, please contact the park directly to discuss your options, including the potential to defer the date of arrival and/or shorten your length of stay.
To utilise this policy a guest must have made their booking on big4.com.au. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid directly to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly.
Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy will need to comply with the park's usual terms and conditions.
Cancellation handling booking fee $40. For peak periods - School holidays, long weekends, public holidays and local special events an account will be sent for full payment and must be received 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation the following will apply to all bookings:- Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival, sorry no refund.- School holidays, long weekends, public holidays and local special events - cancellations must be notified at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival for a full refund, less a $40 cancellation handling fee.- All other times, cancellations must be notified 7 days prior to the day of scheduled arrival, to receive a refund less a $40 cancellation handling fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Deposits and Payments - A credit card deposit of the full booking amount is required at the time of booking. The Park will process the full amount against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Or - A Credit Card deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. The Park will process the full amount against your credit card at check-in and deposit confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied. Check in time is from 12pm for sites and 2pm for cabins.
We are a family-friendly park and in respect for all guests, set up of caravan and camping equipment is not allowed after 9 pm unless pre-arranged with the Manager. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
• Not be the person named on the booking request
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests
• May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal
By entering our Holiday Park, you and your child/ren consent to being photographed from time to time using the facilities for the purposes of being included in promotional material of the BIG4 Bendigo Marong Holiday Park. If your visitors wish to enter or use the Holiday Park facilities for the day they must first be registered at reception. There is no charge for day visitors however the facilities are reserved for paid park guests. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.
