COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions, see below.mply with parks usual terms and conditions: Please call the office for changes to reservations. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Deposits and Payments – Payment in full by credit card is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or address supplied. Changes and Cancellations – Changes and cancellations for stays during high season must be made more than  days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within  days of arrival payment will only be refunded if your booking space is able to be resold otherwise all payments are forfeited. Cancellations at other times can be made up to  days prior to arrival. A $25 cancellation fee may be charged. Reception hours are [9am to 5.00pm during cooler months & 9am to 6pm summer months]. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Fees may apply to arrivals after [8pm]. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay may apply during high season, a minimum of  nights at Easter. Additional adult and children (2 years & over) rates will apply. There is no charge under 2 years. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs may be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 1pm. Day visitor rates applies. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to * Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. •All Transactions are Processed in Australian Dollars
