Booking policy

All reservations require a bond (deposit) to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a bond, we are unable to make you a reservation. The minimum bond payable is equal to one night’s tariff. Any changes to reservations or cancellations will incur an administration fee of $39.00. All cancellations must be made directly with the park in writing. Upon cancellation, monies paid can be credited to a client account for future stays. Any money transferred for future stays will only be valid for 12 months from the cancellation date. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived.

Any deals are non-refundable and require full payment at the time of booking.

We recommend all guests get travel insurance for anything outside our cancellation policy.

All bookings must include at least one guest aged 18 years or over, who will be responsible for the reservation.

Off-peak periods

Cabins
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days from the reservation date surrender the bond (one night’s tariff). Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date, surrender all monies paid.

Sites
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund or credit to a guest account. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable; all funds paid will be transferred as a credit to a guest account valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.

High/Peak periods

Cabins & Sites
Full payment will be required by a designated date; this will be supplied upon the reservation (30 days in advance for all high and peak periods). Cancellations made before the designated full payment date will receive a refund of all monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made after the designated full payment date surrender all monies paid.

School Holidays, Long Weekends and Public Holidays are classified as high and peak periods.

A charge will be processed to the credit card provided, and a confirmation will be sent to the supplied email or postal address. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to arrival for sites and 14 days prior to arrival for cabins during off-peak periods. During peak periods, the remaining balance for both sites and cabins is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We love welcoming our guests and their furry friends to our holiday parks. To ensure that you, your dog and all our other guests enjoy their stay, we must have implemented some conditions that dog owners must adhere to during their stay:

• All dogs must be approved at the discretion of management prior to being brought to the park, so please contact the park before arriving.
• Please ensure the accommodation booked has a 'dog-friendly' symbol indicating it is an appropriate accommodation for guests and their dogs.
• A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted per booking.
• Bookings in our dog-friendly cabins incur a $50 (minimum) additional charge.
• Dogs must be supervised at all times and never left unattended. This includes inside tents, vans, designated dog-friendly cabins and any other accommodation.
• When in the park, dogs must be kept on a leash and under their owner's control at all times.
• Dogs are not permitted in any communal areas (including, but not limited to the camp kitchen and amenities block).
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs (this includes toilet duties too!).
• For health and safety reasons, dogs must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park. Additionally, any dog-related accessories such as dog blankets should not be washed or cleaned within the park. This includes but is not limited to laundry washing machines, bathtubs and pools.
• All dog owners, whether expressly agreed or not, assume all liability regarding their dog being on the premises and indemnify Breeze Holiday Parks against all and any damages, all or any claims or other suits that may arise as a result of your dog being anywhere in the holiday park.
• Park management reserves the right to evict and withhold any refunds from guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive, or is the subject of a complaint/s from other guests.

Vehicles

We permit one vehicle per accommodation reservation, and one vehicle and one caravan, camper trailer or tent per site reservation.

If you would like to bring any other vehicles, or personal leisure equipment (e.g. boats, jet skis, motorbikes etc.), this is at the discretion of the Customer Service Team and must be approved prior to your arrival. Approved additional vehicles may attract a fee. Additional vehicles will not be approved during peak periods.

All additional vehicles and personal leisure equipment must be contained within your reserved site or allocated parking space.

Important Information

• Please keep your site tidy and use the facilities provided for washing clothes, drying clothes, discharge of sullage water and rubbish disposal. Everyone appreciates a well-kept site, so please remember that we do not allow trenches to be dug in the park, under any circumstances
• Misuse of the boom gates (this includes allowing other vehicles, other than your own into the park) will result in eviction from the park. No refund will apply
• In the interests of all guests enjoying their stay, we ask that excessive noise is ceased by 10pm.
• Designated paths and roads are to be used at all times when walking around the park.
• Open fires are not permitted in the park.
• We have many trees in our park that drop branches and debris. Staff are continually pruning to reduce the problem. Major contract pruning is also carried out twice yearly to further reduce the risk. We cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury or damage to personal property from falling branches or debris.
• New arrivals and guests must report before entry to the park
• In the interest of safety, the speed limit throughout the park is a walking pace only
• We consider ourselves a family-friendly park where bicycles are permitted. However, it is essential that helmets are worn at all times. For safety reasons, no bicycles are to be ridden after dark
• Guests in the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way, causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language or not adhering to park guidelines will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
• Prices subject to change without notice
• Late checkout is offered and applies to off-peak, site bookings only and is subject to availability, for a small fee. This gives you until 5pm to checkout.
• We require a minimum stay over holiday periods

Smoking

• Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited by State/Territory law;
• Inside any enclosed buildings within the park. This includes, but is not limited to cabins, amenity blocks, camp kitchens, and reception buildings.
• Within 5 metres of any entrance or exit of buildings. This includes cabin balconies.
• Within 10 metres of a children’s playground or any other recreational facilities.

Please note: Failure to comply with our smoking policy will result in a $250 fee being charged to your credit card or forfeiture of your cash deposit. You may also be subject to penalties or fines as set out by State/Territory Law.

Damages and Theft

Guests are personally liable for the payment of the account and if the person, company, or association indicated by the guest as being responsible for the account does not do so, the liability of the payment will be joint and several. Any charges for guest services and for damage to park property, not already billed at the time of departure, may be added to the account for settlement or charged to the same credit card used to pay the account. An invoice will be sent for any outstanding monies notifying guests of all charges.

A credit or debit card will be required on check-in as a bond for the stay. If a credit or debit card is unavailable, guests may provide a $200 bond in cash that will be returned upon departure.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
