Before 10:00am on day of departure.

Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


• Keep pets on leads at all times.• Clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of rubbish in bins provided• There are doggy bag dispensers located around the Park.• Pets are not to be left unattended in the Park at any time.• When you leave the Park, please take your pet with you. Alternatively, we can recommend a local boarding kennel.• Pets are not allowed in any Park amenities including Cabins, Amenities blocks, Camp Kitchen, Laundry, Pool area and BBQ areas.• Please attempt to keep your dog quiet. Constant barking or howling will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave the park immediately without refund.

Deposits and Payments

One night tariff deposit upon booking.

What you need to know

Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. Changes and Cancellation: If you provide more than 60 days notice of your cancellation, a full refund of your deposit will be given, less a $20 administration fee applies per site/cabin. • If you provide less than 60 days, but more than 21 days notice of your cancellation, a 50% refund of your deposit will be given or a $20 admin fee will incur, whichever is the greater. • If you provide less than 21 days notice of your cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.
