Deposit & Payments
One night tariff deposit upon booking.
Changes & Cancellations
• If you provide more than 60 days notice of your cancellation, a full refund of your deposit will be given, less a $20 administration fee applies per site/cabin. • If you provide less than 60 days, but more than 21 days notice of your cancellation, a 50% refund of your deposit will be given or a $20 admin fee will incur, whichever is the greater. • If you provide less than 21 days notice of your cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.
• Keep pets on leads at all times. • Clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of rubbish in bins provided • There are doggy bag dispensers located around the Park. • Pets are not to be left unattended in the Park at any time. • When you leave the Park, please take your pet with you. Alternatively, we can recommend a local boarding kennel. • Pets are not allowed in any Park amenities including Cabins, Amenities blocks, Camp Kitchen, Laundry, Pool area and BBQ areas. • Please attempt to keep your dog quiet. Constant barking or howling will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave the park immediately without refund.
