Check In

After 2:00pm. To request a late check-in, please contact the Park on 08 8541 2651.

Check Out

Before 10:00am on day of departure.

8:30am - 5:30pm weekdays 8:30am - 5:00pm weekends

Changes and Cancellation

If you provide more than 60 days notice of your cancellation, a full refund of your deposit will be given, less a $20 administration fee applies per site/cabin. If you provide less than 60 days, but more than 21 days notice of your cancellation, a 50% refund of your deposit will be given or a $20 admin fee will incur, whichever is the greater. If you provide less than 21 days notice of your cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.


• Keep pets on leads at all times • Clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of rubbish in bins provided • There are doggy bag dispensers located around the Park • Pets are not to be left unattended in the Park at any time • When you leave the Park, please take your pet with you. Alternatively, we can recommend a local boarding kennel • Pets are not allowed in any Park amenities including Cabins, Amenities blocks, Camp Kitchen, Laundry, Pool area and BBQ areas • Please attempt to keep your dog quiet. Constant barking or howling will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave the park immediately without refund.

Deposits and Payments

One night tariff deposit upon booking.

What you need to know

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
