The Pit & Paddock areas are completely bitumised and includes carports for competitors and circuit hirers. Additionally, the multifunction race control building includes a party room, corporate rooms and spectator viewing areas. The Karting Track is 1171 meters in length and features multiple layouts including a junior track for younger children.
