  • You need to know

    Deposits and Payments - A credit card payment to cover the one nights accommodation or 50% of the total booking is required at time of booking depending on total applicable booking tariff. For summer/peak periods balance of payment for all bookings is required prior to arrival. The park will process a charge against your credit card and email confirmation receipt to the address supplied.

    Changes and Cancellations - Changes and cancellations for any stays must be made with more than 21 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 21 days of arrival the deposit /total payment or balance is forfeited. For peak periods/public holidays or special events, etc 100% total accommodation costs will be forfeited if insufficient notice, or if a no show occurs then 100% of payment will be forfeited. Other cancellations of more than 21 days notice may only incur a $30 cancellation fee depending on notice given to re book cabin for the same amount or more. Reception hours; 8am-8pm ( or 8am-7.00pm during winter months). Guests arriving after 8pm must contact park office during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit their deposit. Special requests are on request basis only and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the park for confirmation. At check-in, a credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stay periods may apply; five nights during high season, four nights at Easter, three nights on long weekends and two nights on other weekends. Adult rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2-15 years. There is no charge for one child under two years.

    With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted in or around our cabins. We do have a dog-friendly designated area on our powered sites area only which we do now allow dogs to stay in your own type of accommodation, like your caravan, motorhome or tent, etc. But definitely not in our cabins... and only under strict conditions.

    Check-out time is 10am. Late check-outs may be available, fees apply. Check-in time is from 2pm.

    We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

    • Not be the person named on the booking request.
    • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
    • Not be able to pay for any charges.
    • May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
    • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.

    Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.

    Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

    We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

    BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
