First night is paid on booking. Full payment is due on arrival.
COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: Cancellations with more than 21 days notice will only incur a $30 cancellation fee, unless it is a peak period of the park as determined by the park. For example Christmas, Easter or the Naracoorte Junior Basketball Tournament period. If we are not given sufficient notice of cancellation or unable to re-book the accommodation for these three peak times, you could be liable for the full tariff. Deposits and Payments - A credit card payment to cover one nights accommodation or 50% of the total tariff is required at time of booking. The park will process a charge against your credit card and email confirmation receipt to the address supplied. Office hours are: 8:00am - 7:00pm during summer holiday months and 8:00am - 6:00pm in winter. Any guest arriving after 6pm must contact park office during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. At check-in, a credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stay periods may apply; four nights at Easter, three nights on long weekends. Adult rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2-15 years. There is no charge for children under two years (for cabins, infants must sleep in own bed and bedding to remain free of charge). We have a dog-friendly designated area on our powered sites and some cabins are dog friendly with negotiation and may be subject to extra fees. Check-out time is 10am. Late check-outs may be available, fees apply. Check-in time is from 2pm. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: Not be the person named on the booking request. Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card. Not be able to pay for any charges. May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests. May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour. Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age. Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal. We reserve the right to reject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking park rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. The speed limit in the park is 10km/hr at all times. If this is breeched, we reserve the right to evict the guest with no refund. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
