Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


Pets

We are a pet free park. NO PETS are allowed at any time.


Deposits and Payments

For bookings made during peak period’s half payment is required as a deposit.Outside peak periods a deposit of 1 night’s tariff is required. All balances owing upon arrival are to be PAID IN FULL on check in.


What you need to know

Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: For bookings made during peak periods half payment is required as a deposit. Outside peak periods a deposit of 1 night’s tariff is required. All balances owing upon arrival are to be PAID IN FULL on check in. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: CHECK IN time is from 2pm - CHECK OUT time is no later than 10am. Arrivals after 6:30pm must make arrangements with reception prior to check in (08) 8276 6695 or 1800 063 193. Cots are available for hire at the park. These are $5 per night (including linen). Please advise reception prior to arrival if cot hire is required. Highchairs can be supplied at no extra cost. All linen, bedding and towels are supplied if you are booked into accommodation. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Changes and cancellations during PEAK PERIODS must be made [30] days prior to arrival or the FULL deposit is forfeited. Changes and cancellations outside peak time can be made [2] days or [48] hours prior to arrival until the FULL deposit is forfeited. Marion Holiday Park reserves the right to charge a $25 CANCELLATION FEE for all cancellations. PARK POLICIES: ACCOMMODATION is to be left clean and tidy with dishes & cookware cleaned & put away, all rubbish removed and placed in the park bins provided. Marion Holiday Park reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee up to $50/hr for cabins left in an unacceptable manner. We are a pet free park. NO PETS are allowed at any time. All accommodation and Marion HP buildings are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Failure to comply with this policy will incur a $200 cleaning fee. QUIET PLEASE around the park after 10pm for the comfort of all guests. Our VISITOR POLICY is applied all year round. All visitors using any of the park facilities are required to pay a $15 fee.
