Changes and cancellations during PEAK PERIODS must be made [30] days prior to arrival or the FULL deposit is forfeited. Changes and cancellations outside peak time can be made [2] days or [48] hours prior to arrival until the FULL deposit is forfeited. BIG4 Marion Holiday Park reserves the right to charge a $25 CANCELLATION FEE for all cancellations.

For bookings made during peak period’s half payment is required as a deposit. Outside peak periods a deposit of 1 night’s tariff is required. All balances owing upon arrival are to be PAID IN FULL on check in.

Our VISITOR POLICY is applied all year round. All visitors using any of the park facilities are required to pay a $15 fee. During PEAK periods a wristband system is in place.

We are a pet free park. NO PETS are allowed at any time.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: CHECK IN time is from 2pm - CHECK OUT time is no later than 10am. Arrivals after 6:30pm must make arrangements with reception prior to check in (08) 8276 6695 or 1800 063 193. Cots are available for hire at the park. These are $5 per night (including linen). Please advise reception prior to arrival if cot hire is required. Highchairs can be supplied at no extra cost. All linen, bedding and towels are supplied if you are booked into accommodation. *Perks+ and VIPerks Members late checkout is subject to availability and 2 for 1 voucher is available on beer, wine and soft drinks only.

PARK POLICIES: ACCOMMODATION is to be left clean and tidy with dishes & cookware cleaned & put away, all rubbish removed and placed in the park bins provided. BIG4 Marion Holiday Park reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee up to $50/hr for cabins left in an unacceptable manner. We are a pet free park. NO PETS are allowed at any time. All accommodation and BIG4 Marion HP buildings are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Failure to comply with this policy will incur a $200 cleaning fee. QUIET PLEASE around the park after 10pm for the comfort of all guests. During PEAK periods a wristband system is in place.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
