Cancellations by Guests

• More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund, less a $25 admin fee, or option to hold full credit valid for 12 months.
• Within 14 days (peak) or 7 days (off-peak): No refund.
• Peak periods include: school holidays, Easter, long weekends & local events.
• Off-peak is all other times.
• No refunds for early departures, weather, Covid, or late arrivals.
• Seasonal promotions may carry non-refundable conditions, clearly noted at booking.
• Prices are subject to change.
• Reservations cancelled or altered at the commencement of or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies paid will be forfeited by the guest.
• Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit monies paid.

Cancellation by Management

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings where confirmation has not been made prior to two weeks before the date of arrival.

Checking In and Out

• Check In: 2pm
• Check Out: 10am
• Alternative Check In and Check Out times can be requested and arranged, but cannot be guaranteed.

BIG4 Normanville Jetty Holiday Park now has 14 pet-friendly cabins! That's right, your humans can bring you along for the ultimate vacation adventure when they book into a One Bedroom Standard Ensuite Cabin or Two Bedroom Deluxe Ensuite Cabin.

No more sad goodbyes as your humans pack up and leave you behind. I've heard the cabins are super comfy and come with all the creature comforts you could ever need (see what I did there?).

Plus, there's a whole bunch of dog-friendly beaches and parks nearby for us to explore!

• Well behaved dogs are welcome on select cabins, powered and unpowered sites only.
• Our pet friendly cabins require an additional fee of $20 per animal per night. 
• They are not allowed in or around our not pet friendly cabins.
• They must be leashed & under restraint at all times.
• No excessive barking.
• Owners must pick up after their dogs.
• Dogs are permitted in One Bedroom Standard Ensuite Cabin or Two Bedroom Deluxe Ensuite Cabin ONLY. Dogs are not permitted in any other cabin type.

Deposits

• The first night’s tariff is required as a deposit for all bookings.
• The Total accommodation account required to be paid two weeks before arrival date of the booking.

Tariffs

• Two adults are included in the tariff for any site or cabin. Additional adults or children (aged 3-16 years) attract an additional tariff.

Refunds After Arrival

• Unless prior arrangements are made, payment for all bookings must be made in full prior to check-in time. Please note that no refunds or credits will be permitted after arrival should you vacate early.

Vehicles/Vans and Pleasure Craft

• Only motor vehicles, caravans and pleasure craft that are road or sea worthy, registered and insured are permitted in the Park. One only motor vehicle is permitted per site/cabin.

Visitors Vehicles

• No visitors vehicles are permitted in the Park. Vehicles may be parked in the public car park adjacent to the caravan park.

No Smoking Policy

• All internal areas including accommodation and other buildings are non smoking areas. A $275 cleaning and deodorising charge will be applied if this policy is breached.

Visitors

• As a guest of the BIG4 Normanville Jetty, you are responsible for your visitors. All visitors are to report to the office on arrival. If any visitor has not vacated by 10pm you will be charged the extra person rate.

Inappropriate Behaviour

• We reserve the right to eject any guest from the park deemed to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner; that is causing damage or disturbing other guests; who is using unacceptable language; or who is otherwise breaching the Park’s rules. No refunds will be given in such circumstances and charges will apply for any damage caused, losses or extra cleaning that result from this behaviour.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to not be the person named on the booking request or the person named on the credit card; from anyone not authorised to use the card; from anyone not able to pay for any charges; from anyone who may cause damage to the property or to other guests; from anyone who exhibits socially unacceptable behaviour; from anyone who may be younger than 18 years of age and not accompanied by a responsible adult.

Boom Gate

• The code given to you at check in is for your use at all times and not to be given to visitors, no tailgating is permitted to enter the park, any vehicle unable to exit the Park due to entering the park incorrectly or when not permitted, will be charged an exit fee. Anyone found to be giving their code to other parties may result in their accommodation being terminated.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
