What you need to know
Booking Policy - A deposit equivalent to the first nights' accommodation is required at the time of booking. Confirmation will be sent to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon Check-In. No refunds are available for early departure. Cancellation Policy - Changes and cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of deposit less a cancellation fee of $20.Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit deposit. Reception hours are 7.30am to 6.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
