Terms & Conditions for Travelling with Pets

PET POLICY

Pets are only permitted on sites & selected accommodation

  • You must register your pet at check-in. Arrival with additional pets or different pets on check-in may result in the booking not being honoured and forfeiture of all monies paid.
  • Pets must be kept on a lead at all times while within the park.
  • Pets must be supervised by you at all times while in the park.
  • Do not use the communal laundry facilities, including sinks, to wash your pet or its bedding.
  • Please clean up after your pet. Mess must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of in the appropriate bins.
  • No pet is to be left unattended including in caravans, tents, or trailers at any time.
  • You are at all times responsible for the management of your pet while within the park.
  • For Guests staying in in our Pet Friendly Accommodation, a cleaning fee will be charged upto check in. $30.00 for Studio Cabin or $50.00 for the 2 Bedroom Family Unit.

CANCELLATION/REFUND/BOOKING POLICY
A refund of your deposits from CSHP Pty Ltd are available under the following circumstances:
We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance in the unforeseen circumstance that your travel plans should change, and you are no longer able to stay with us as originally planned.

Premium/High Period Bookings
– School Holidays and Festival/Major Weekends
• Cancellations providing more than 28 days’ notice are fully refundable less a $30 administration fee.
• Cancellations inside 28 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit all money paid.

All other booking periods:
• Cancellations providing more than 48 hours notice of the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable less $30 administration fee.
• No refunds given for early departure.
• Manager’s discretion will apply at all times.

DEPOSITS:
A deposit is required to secure each reservation. This deposit will be equal to the first night’s accommodation/site cost and must be paid upon booking confirmation.
Premium/High Period Bookings (as listed above). Full payment must be received at least 2 weeks before scheduled arrival date.
