Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be received in writing
- Cancel more than 14 days before your arrival and receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- For cancellations within 2-14 days of arrival, your payment will be held as a credit (valid for up to 12 months), minus a one-night fee.
Date Changes:
- Any date change notified within 2-days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.
- If the date change request is made more than 2 days prior to arrival, we offer complimentary date change.
- Additional date changes after the first will have a $25 amendment fee.
- If the new booking has a price difference, the balance will need to be settled based on the updated terms.
