Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


Dogs are welcome on application at Manager's discretion. Please contact us directly on 1300 789 189 to discuss your dog and travel needs as date restrictions apply. Park Conditions for Dogs Welcome: Selected Sites and Cabins Only. Please understand that we will only allow calm, well behaved dogs whose owners understand the need to respect the peace and comfort of all our guests (including our wildlife). This Pet Policy only applies to short-stay tourists and their dogs and the word Pet only applies to Dogs. NOTE: Please have all your up to date vaccination certificates with you upon arrival. Your vet can fax them ahead to us if you wish.

What you need to know

In response to these changing times, we have adjusted some of our Reservations Terms and Conditions to make planning an easier option for you. For new bookings for arrival prior to 17 September 2020 our Temporary Terms and Conditions can be reviewed below. Short Notice Cancellations (less than 3 days’ notice): If a cancellation is received less than 3 days prior to your arrival date, we will hold monies in credit for a period of up to 12 months. Your booking reverts to Change of Dates booking and Change of Date booking conditions subsequently apply. Long Notice Cancellations (More than 3 days’ notice): If a cancellation is received more than 3 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued. Change of Dates: If you wish to change the dates of your booking, we will do our very best to accommodate this request, subject to availability. If there is a difference in monies owed then this difference must be payable in coherence with the terms and conditions of the new booking. If there is a credit of monies, then this can be redeemed within the park at Nibble’s café or through in-park activities. **For bookings made prior to 19 March and for stays after 17 September our standard policy of a 14-day full payment and cancellation advise prior to arrival unless otherwise stated. After 17th September 2020: Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival Cancellations up to 14 days prior with a $25 cancellation fee Christmas bookings: Final Payment due 30 days prior to arrival Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the case of poor weather. BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park is across the road from Movie World, Outback Spectacular and Wet n Wild and Dreamworld and WhiteWater world are just up the road. Grab your entry tickets from us before you go. It will save you loads of time as you won't need to join in the long queue for tickets at the front gate!
