Looking for THE perfect place to hold your family or group get together? Each of our 3 Bedroom Retreats sleep 10 - 2 x king split beds (4) & 3 x bunk beds (6). We have 3 of these Retreats so that's a BIG4 sleepover for 30 friends &/or family. These magnificent cabins are the pride of our fleet, setting the standard for space and comfort, and can easily accommodate up to ten people in comfort and boasts every facility and amenity. There is a large lounge and dining area with heaps of seating for the whole gang, three oversized bedrooms and three roomy bathrooms. The showers are generous in size as are the king sized beds (sleeping 4) and adult sized bunk beds (sleeping 6), plus the extra wardrobe space will allow you to unpack and unwind. The super-sized kitchen can feed a small army with ease and even comes with a coffee machine, dishwasher & European laundry with a full-sized washing machine and drier to keep the family in fresh clothes during your stay. The 3 Bedroom Retreats are located in quiet corners of the park and are convenient to our resort style pool and the famous poolside Nibbles Café. After your swim, relax on the front veranda or come inside to the air-conditioned comfort.

Changes and Cancellation
- All cancellation must be received in writing.
- If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued less an administration fee of $25.
- If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given.

What you need to know
In the event that you unfortunately have to cancel your stay with us please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing & sent to stay@gcpark.com.au.
If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be issued less an administration fee of $25.
If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given.
If, however, we are able to re-book any of your booking, you will be eligible for a reimbursement of those nights we sell, less an Administration fee of $25.00.
If you need to change your booking, one change of date is permitted free of charge. Subsequent changes incur $25 administration fee.
In response to these changing times, we have adjusted some of our Reservations Terms and Conditions to make planning an easier option for you.
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellation must be received in writing
- If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued.
- If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given
- One free date change per booking, further changes incur a $25 change fee
- All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
- Final Payment due 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the case of poor weather.
We are cheaper than the theme parks and often have super dooper special ticket prices for our guests
