Overview
Get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with our recently repainted and lovingly restored Family Bungalows that sleep up to 5 - 1 x queen bed (2) & 1 x tri bunk (3) or 1 x bunk bed & 1 x single bed (3). Each Bungalow is surrounded by tropical palm trees to provide an appealing sense of serenity and seclusion. We have two Bungalow styles to choose from and both are three and a half star rated for comfort and are extremely affordable. The Bungalow is designed for ample space with open plan living and dining areas with kitchen. The spacious kitchen makes it easy to cater for the demands of a hungry family and the lounge has a TV and DVD which will keep the kids entertained between outings to the theme parks and other Gold Coast attractions. Bungalows 1, 2 & 3 offer 1 x queen bed (2) & 1 x tri bunk (3) and also feature easy access ramps, so if stairs are a concern, rest easy and enjoy your holiday! These Bungalows also open onto a generous balcony with expansive views over our Riverwalk Area Bungalows 4, 5 & 6 offer 1 x queen bed (2) & 1 x bunk bed (2) + 1 x single bed (1) and they are set back into lovely tropical gardens, located nearby our fully equipped Camp Kitchen which is a great place to meet friends or sit back and relax on your balcony.

Changes and Cancellation
- All cancellation must be received in writing.
- If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued less an administration fee of $25.
- If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given.

What you need to know
In the event that you unfortunately have to cancel your stay with us please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing & sent to stay@gcpark.com.au.
If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be issued less an administration fee of $25.
If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given.
If, however, we are able to re-book any of your booking, you will be eligible for a reimbursement of those nights we sell, less an Administration fee of $25.00.
If you need to change your booking, one change of date is permitted free of charge. Subsequent changes incur $25 administration fee.
In response to these changing times, we have adjusted some of our Reservations Terms and Conditions to make planning an easier option for you.
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellation must be received in writing
- If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be issued.
- If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given
- One free date change per booking, further changes incur a $25 change fee
- All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
- Final Payment due 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the case of poor weather.
We are cheaper than the theme parks and often have super dooper special ticket prices for our guests
