• Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
• Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay

Please note that promotional rates will not allow for changes and cancellations and will require full payment at the time of the reservation. For stays over the Peak Season, specific rules apply and are highlighted below:

Bookings Staying (2nd - 6th April 2026)

• Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty
• Modifications to bookings within the 30 days prior to arrival window will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost. Note, moving dates of reservation outside of the peak Easter period constitutes a booking cancellation and subsequent rebooking.
• Cancellations made to bookings are allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty
• Cancellations made to bookings within the 30 days prior to arrival window will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost, with the remaining 75% of total booking cost held in credit until 31 August 2026 for use in a future booking.
• Refunds are not offered for reduction in nights stayed due to changes in weather.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Booking must be made under the name of person attending the park
• Total occupant numbers must be listed on the reservation.
• All attempts to accommodate room / site requests will be made however we cannot guarantee a specific room or site.

Bookings Staying (18th December 2026 - 9th January 2027)

• Modifications to your booking can be made up until 1 December 2026, subject to availability and any applicable rate changes.
• From 1 December 2026, all bookings become non-refundable and non-amendable. This includes changes to dates, length of stay, guest numbers, and accommodation type.
• If you wish to move your stay outside the Summer Peak Season, this will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and the cancellation terms will apply.
• Cancellations are permitted until 1 December 2026 with a full refund of all amounts paid.
• From 1 December 2026, all bookings become strictly non-refundable and non-amendable. This applies to full cancellations, partial cancellations, reductions in stay length, and changes to guest numbers or accommodation type.
• No refunds or credits are available for any nights not used due to weather, travel delays, late arrival, or early departure.
• If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date, the booking will be treated as a no-show and cancelled. No refund or credit will be provided.
• Bookings must be made under the name of the guest who will be staying. A valid name, phone number and email address are required so we can communicate important information about your stay.
• The total number of occupants must be declared at the time of booking and cannot exceed the maximum capacity for the accommodation or site type. Additional guests may only be added if the accommodation allows and must be approved prior to arrival.
• All attempts to accommodate room / site requests will be made however we cannot guarantee a specific room or site.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:

A credit card payment for the full amount of your stay is required on booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Your reservation is not confirmed until your credit card has been charged and a receipt letter received from the park. For stays over the Peak Season, specific rules apply.

• First night is payable at the time of booking.
• Total stay cost to be paid 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

Bookings Staying (2nd - 6th April 2026)

• 1 Night Deposit is to be paid at time of booking
• 50% of total stay cost is due by 1 November 2025
• 100% of total stay cost is due by 1 March 2026

If you are unable to meet the deposit due dates, you must contact the park to make alternate arrangements. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and forfeiture of any money paid. We will make every attempt to assist you.

Bookings Staying (18th December 2026 - 9th January 2027)

• 1-night deposit – Payable at the time of booking
• 50% of total stay cost – Due 1 July 2026
• 75% of total stay cost – Due 1 October 2026
• 100% of total stay cost – Due 1 December 2026
• If you are unable to meet a scheduled payment, please contact the park before the due date so we can discuss possible arrangements.

For this park

• The pet owner must inform reception prior to arrival that they are travelling with a pet.
• Upon arrival at the park, the pet’s acceptance will be at the managers discretion.
• The pet must be always supervised and never left unattended, including inside a tent or van.
• Dogs and Cats must be always on a leash while not inside a tent or van; there are no exceptions to this rule.
• A leash may not be more than 2 meters in length and is to be held by a person over the age of 15 years. Dogs and Cats are not to be allowed loose with a leash attached.
• Occupational Health and Safety excludes pets from entering common areas of the park including Pool Area, Amenities, Laundry Block, Camp Kitchen, Barbeque areas, Playground, Reception or Cabins.
• Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog’s waste using sealed bags and utilising the rubbish bins provided.
• Occupational Health and Safety prevents any pet from being washed within the park.
• Pet related accessories (such as blankets) are not to be washed within the park. The use of the communal laundry its washing machines and/or dryers are prohibited for this use.
• Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their pet.
• It is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to control and manage their pet.

As the owner of the pet/s agree to the above conditions.

I agree that the park manager reserves the right to evict any guest whose pet is deemed noisy, disruptive and/or aggressive or is the subject of a complaint from other guests.

I agree if management deem any of the above is not being followed, that management have the right to evict the pet owner and / or pet form the park immediately, and that no refunds will be applied.

RECEPTION HOURS:

Reception hours are 9am to 5pm (Monday - Friday) and 9am to 4pm (Saturday & Sunday). Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

• Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.
• A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in.
• Any damage caused may be charged against that card.
• Minimum stay periods may apply.
• Check out time is 10am.
• Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.
• Check in time is from 2pm.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to, Not be the person named on the booking request, Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card, Not be able to pay for any charges, May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests, May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour, Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age, Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received.
