The festivities begin at City Park, where visitors can browse market stalls, explore interactive marine displays, meet a real-life mermaid, and take part in a lantern-making workshop.

The Tasman Holiday Parks Parade of Lights will make its way along Main Street with this year's theme "Magical Migration". Participants are encouraged to dress in their brightest ocean-inspired costumes and join the walking parade from City Park to Seafront Oval. The parade is open to everyone.

The celebration continues at Seafront Oval, with carnival rides, live entertainment, market stalls, a variety of food vendors, and a spectacular fireworks display.
