Changes and Cancellation

Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $25.00 or your deposit can be held as a credit for a period of 12 months.
Where bookings are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival no refund will be given.
No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived – credit may be held for a period of 12 months.

To secure any booking we require full payment in advance. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
