You need to knowBooking Deposit A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ tariff is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check-in. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation in PEAK & NON PEAK periods where more than 30 days notice is given - guests will be refunded their deposit, less a $25 administration fee. Cancellation in NON PEAK periods where less than 30 days notice is given & where we are able to re-book the site/cabin/villa for the same period - guests will be refunded their deposit, less a $25 administration fee. Cancellation in PEAK periods where less than 30 days notice is given - NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason. Deposits are not transferable to another booking or to another time. Under no circumstances are fees refunded should you decide to shorten your stay after checking in, so please book wisely. Reception hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
