Boreham Park and Playground
Parks and Gardens
Boreham Park is a large recreation area with something for every member of the family.
The park features three playground areas including a fantastic toddler playground, flying fox, and climbing equipment.
The park features a zero-depth water play area for younger children and a tunnel, centred around an eight-metre-high adventure tower with a large tube slide for older children.
An inground trampoline, custom double swing and all abilities carousel is part of the inclusive equipment for people with a disability.
The park also features the much loved clown swing which operates as a spinning system, with two seats hanging on either side of a retro clown face.
There’s plenty to entertain older kids and adults with numerous informal sports areas.
Get active with basketball hoops and fitness equipment or bring a bike and try out the bike agility circuit and a dirt BMX track.
A large open playing field with formal cricket pitch is the perfect place to get a group together for a match, or to enjoy a game of soccer or footy.
Beyond the cricket pitch at the far end of the park is a concreted mural wall for handball or one-sided tennis.
Under the canopy of mature trees, there are plenty of shaded tables, picnic facilities and barbeques.
