Changes & cancellations
Free cancellation and amendment up to 3 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations within the 3 period and no amendments.
Pets
Age & Pet Policy: Children under 18 cannot stay in dormitory rooms (families are welcome in private cabins and camping sites).
Pets are allowed at campsites and cabins. Maximum 2 dogs per site. Pets must remain on leads at all times.
Pets in cabins must have their own beds or crates. Pets are not permitted to be on existing beds.
An cleaning fee may apply to guests if terms and conditions are not followed.
Deposits & payments
Deposit of 1st night when making booking. Full payment is processed 3 days before arrival.
Payment Methods: American Express credit cards are not accepted.

All guests who have booked rooms, must report & register through reception on Check in after 1.00pm daily, check out by 10am. Office hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm. If office is unattended call 0749747225 upon arrival.
Early or Late check in is available - must be prearranged with the property in advance. Guests are advised to communicate arrival times with the property
Please note that pre booked accommodation at 1770 Southern Cross Travellers retreat is charged prior to check in. We do not accept American Express payments
Valid form of Government ID is required upon check-in , 1770 Southern Cross Travellers Retreat has the right to refuse entry.
Children under 15 years must be supervised by an adult in all common areas of the property.
Checked in guests only are permitted on site. Visitors must report to reception to request entry, between the hours of 10am & 5pm and be off the premises before dark..
Camping: Check in 11am to 5pm. No check-ins after dark. Campers must take their excess rubbish with them when they check out. Children under 5 years - free, 5 to 14 years - $5, 15 to 17 years - $10
Highly intoxicated or violent guests will be told to leave immediately.
Damage, breakages, theft & losses are the tenants responsibility during their stay. No excessive noise after 10.00pm in rooms or camp grounds. Please observe house rules.
