Our Premium Powered Sites are spacious, well positioned to the amenities whilst also convenient to the fully equipped camp kitchen. Our Park offers plenty of free BBQs and undercover seating not to mention the cool and inviting pool. Sites are suitable for caravans, tents and camper trailers. They have an eco slab, which is a modern alternative offering flexibility and stability. Slab composition comprises compacted road base (crusher dust).

Cancellation & changes
- Cancellations outside of 14 days will incur a fee of 1 nights tariff.
- Cancellations inside of 13 days of scheduled arrival date will result in full balance owing and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- All refunds will be processed to the same payment method the monies were paid
- Corporate, Custom and Group bookings please refer to specified and agreed cancellation policy at time of direct booking reservation
- All cancellations must be received in writing
Payment & deposits
A deposit is required to secure each reservation. A deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation/site tariff must be paid at the time of making the reservation or within 7 days of making the original booking.
No reservations will be guaranteed without a deposit. Any outstanding balances must be paid upon arrival before check in. Additional deposits required for holiday and peak seasons: 50% of the total tariff is preferred to be paid 30 days prior to arrival and with the final balance to be paid on arrival.
Minimum booking periods:
- V8 weekend: 3 night minimum.
While the above terms and conditions make for an easier transition into the holiday period for all of us we do understand that from time to time certain situations may arise where you are unable to meet the above deposit requirements – please contact reception if this is the case to make alternate arrangements.
Payment Methods:
- Visa/Mastercard/Direct Deposit.
- Electronic Payments must be received prior to arrival. If a credit card number cannot be provided upon arrival, a $200 cash security deposit will be required for security.
- Should there be any outstanding monies on arrival, they must be paid in full at time of check in.
For V8 Weekend bookings only:
- Bookings received up until 1 March will require 1st night payment to secure booking (this must be paid within 7 days of making the booking).
- Then 2nd deposit is payable by 1st APRIL – 2nd deposit is the FULL Tariff (less any deposits already paid).
- Any bookings received after 1st April, will require FULL payment on booking, to secure booking.
- Cancellations AFTER 1ST APRIL will forfeit ALL monies paid (Full tariff) unless room is re-booked at same rate.
- Minimum 3 night booking on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so all bookings must include these nights.
Fees
- A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure.
- A fee may be charged for additional occupants not included in the reservation.
- A fee may be charged for any damage incurred or theft of property.
Bringing pets

Four‑legged family members are regular visitors to, and valued guests at, BIG4 Hidden Valley Holiday Park.
- Dogs are welcome on all sites but cannot stay in cabin accommodation.
- The usual courtesies apply- so please keep dogs on leads and under control, as well as away from food and public areas.
- Be nice to your neighbours and pick up after your dog.
Other than that, please always check with us before arrival and know that we do reserve the right to refuse a dog that may cause us any concerns.

Other useful information
Payment will be taken on confirmation of your booking. This will be within 48 hours of your booking.
Check in time is between 2-5pm on day of arrival. Check-ins outside these times will not be accepted, unless prior arrangements have been made with the property. Please phone 08 8984 2888 to make arrangements. On arrival, you will be required to pay the balance of accommodation in full, you will also be required to leave a credit card# as a security deposit for any extra costs incurred during your stay. Check out time is 10am.
The above reservation has been guaranteed by initial deposit. Please see the following booking information on page 2 for further payment details. All deposits must be paid in accordance with these requirements. This reservation has been accepted for the number of guests stated. Additional guests will attract further charges and/or the requirement for additional sites. We reserve the right to move guests to the accommodation/site of our choice within the requested category, this includes guests that have requested specific sites or accommodation numbers together. We will always do our best to accommodate your request however it must be remembered that sometimes it is simply not possible.
- All children riding bicycles or scooters are required to wear helmets for their own safety and do so at their own risk.
- Damages / Loss: All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures, and fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded.
- Linen: The tariffs quoted include linen for each bed booked and paid for.
- Maximum numbers per unit: The number of people accommodated in each unit must not exceed the number of beds available.
Alcohol Policy:
Guests are welcome to enjoy alcohol responsibly within BIG4 Hidden Valley Holiday Park. We ask that all guests are mindful of noise, behaviour, and the comfort of others at all times. Excessive drinking, disruptive behaviour, or any conduct that causes disturbance, damage, or safety concerns will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to ask any guest or visitor to cease consuming alcohol, leave a particular area, or be removed from the park if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable. In such cases, guests may be required to leave the park immediately and will forfeit any fees paid for their stay, with no refund.
Complimentary pick up and drop off is available with most tours that are booked from our office. Choose from: Crocodylus Park, Litchfield National Park, Katherine Gorge, Kakadu National Park, a cruise on Darwin's Harbour – just to name a few.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
