• 7 days’ notice is required to cancel a booking and received a refund in full. If a booking is cancelled 24 hours prior to booked arrival no refunds will be able to be processed after this time.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, the first night’s confirmation deposit is the cancellation charge.
• Refunds will NOT be provided for “no shows”.
• If you are arriving a day late due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know and we will do our best to forward the booking subject to availability.

Sorry G'day Mate Tourist Park does not allow pets.

• Minimum nights: Minimum night stays in cabins and ensuites applies.
• We do not guarantee sites. Whilst every endeavor is made to secure particular sites for guests, we reserve the right to move guests within the specified category or upgrade where necessary.
• Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number/accommodation number after booking.
• You will be allocated the most appropriate site on check-in.
• Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee group bookings to be allocated sites next to each other.
• Check out time for both cabins and sites is strictly 10am.
• Check in time is 2pm for cabins and sites may check in from 12pm subject to availability. Please check with us if you want to check in earlier.
• All bookings for cabins and sites require a deposit of one night’s accommodation at time of booking.
• Payment for cabins and sites is required to be paid in full prior to or on arrival. We accept cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
• Late check-ins can be arranged if you are arriving after hours. All accommodation is required to be paid in full and organised with management before or on the day.
• If you wish to stay another night, please let us know the night before.
• We are a gated park for your peace of mind.
• A non-smoking policy does apply inside our cabins.
