Reception hours are 8am to 6.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.
With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, pets are not permitted during high & peak seasons. Dogs are permitted from 1 May to 30 September on designated tourist sites.
HIGH/SHOULDER/OFF SEASON Deposits and PaymentsA credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Bookings of 7 nights and over will require 2 nights deposit at time of booking. The balance is due on check in. We do not accept AMEX. Peak Season deposits are addressed in the Need to Know Section
Visitors are welcome in the park - registration is required at reception. Day Visitors fees are $14.00 for adults and children. If your guests stay overnight charges will apply as per normal tariff. Day passes can also be purchased to use the park for the remainder of the day once cabin or site is vacated.
Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. HIGH/SHOULDER/OFF SEASON: Changes & Cancellations - Changes and cancellations must be made directly with the park and must be more than 30 days prior to arrival. If any cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival the deposit is forfeited. All refundable deposits are subject to a $30 cancellation/ booking fee. Failure To Notify Of Cancellation Or No Show - In the case of a no show or failure to notify BIG4 Deniliquin of a cancellation the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited if the guest does not arrive by 10am the following day. Peak Season changes and cancellations are addressed in the Need to Know Section. $99 Poolside Villa Special - Terms & Conditions $99 Tariff is based on 2 guests. Extra guests are at an additional cost. This offer is for Poolside Villa cabins only. Offer is valid for midweek stays from 3rd February 2020 - 26th March 2020. Monday - Thursday only, excluding Monday 9th March. Offer must be mentioned at the time of booking and is not applicable to existing reservations. Cancellation and re-bookings not accepted. Not combinable with any other offer. No further discounts applies. BIG4 Membership discount is not available with this special. Subject to availability. Normal change/cancellation policy applies. Fees: Are payable at time of arrival. Please see reception for full details. Tariffs: The current tariff reflects the number of guests stated. Our tariffs quoted are current at the time of booking & are subject to change without notice. Tariffs are subject to change annually on 1st May. Quiet Time: For the comfort of other park guests, there is a noise curfew of 11pm. Children: Parents are responsible for their children's actions on their bikes (helmets must be worn) and for general behaviour around the park. Children under 12 years old must be supervised in the swimming pool, playground, jumping pillow and in and around amenities blocks. Cabins: Our cabins are supplied with a complimentary starter pack of dishwashing tablets, soap, toilet paper, tea and coffee replenishment of these items is the responsibility of the guest. PEAK SEASON Deposits and Payments: A credit card deposit of 2 nights is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. 50% of the total reservation is due by end of June for Summer Bookings and balance is due by end of October for all PEAK bookings. If your booking is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. BPAY payment must be made by next business day. All deposits due must be received within 7 days. If deposits are not received within 7 day terms, your booking will be cancelled without notification. December/ January Booking Payment Terms: All bookings from Boxing Day until 31st January will require a 2 night deposit at the time of the booking. A 2nd Instalment of 50% of total reservation by end of June (email reminder will be sent 2 weeks prior to due date). Final Instalment will be the remaining balance of booking including all adjustments to be finalised by the end of October (email reminder will be sent 2 weeks prior to due date). Easter & Ute Muster Booking Payment Terms: All bookings made for the Easter & Ute Muster weekends require a 2 night deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance for Easter is due one month prior to arrival (email reminder will be sent 2 weeks prior to due date). Changes & Cancellations-Peak: Changes and cancellations must be made directly with the park & must be more than 60 days prior to arrival. If any cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival the full payment is forfeited. All refundable deposits are subject to a $50 cancellation/booking fee. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the unused nights. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for more information. Cars are not permitted to be parked on riverfront camping sites. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays may apply over peak/high season or park deemed special events. Adult’s rates apply to persons from 16 years. Children’s rates apply to guests aged 2-15 years. There is no charge under 2 years. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other un-authorised animals. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park are deemed by management to behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damaged caused.
