HIGH/SHOULDER/OFF SEASON Changes & Cancellations: Changes and cancellations must be made directly with the park and must be more than 30 days prior to arrival. If any cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival the deposit is forfeited. All refundable deposits are subject to a $30 cancellation/ booking fee.Failure To Notify Of Cancellation Or No Show In the case of a no show or failure to notify BIG4 Deniliquin of a cancellation the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited if the guest does not arrive by 10am the following day. Peak Season changes and cancellations are addressed below.

HIGH/SHOULDER/OFF SEASON Deposits and PaymentsA credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Bookings of 7 nights and over will require 2 nights deposit at time of booking. The balance is due on check in. We do not accept AMEX. Peak Season deposits are addressed in the Need to Know Section

Visitors are welcome in the park - registration is required at reception. Day Visitors fees are $14.00 for adults and children. If your guests stay overnight charges will apply as per normal tariff. Day passes can also be purchased to use the park for the remainder of the day once cabin or site is vacated.

Unfortunately, as much as we love our pawfectly adorable furry visitors, we can't always allow pets in our park. Your pooches are however most welcome between 1 February and 16 December (exclusion dates apply, see below).

Things you need to know:

• Please don't make bookings and just arrive with your family pet during our non-pet period, as unfortunately your reservation will be declined. Please call prior to making your booking and we'll walk you through everything you need to know.
• Yay, our park IS dog friendly from 1 February to 16 December only with the following exceptions:
• No dogs during the April School Holidays, March Victorian long weekend, Easter and Melbourne Cup long weekend.
• No dogs on any other special events defined by the park.
• Good news - we do love to see your little mates over the June long weekend, July and September school holidays.

Guidelines

These guidelines are for the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests staying with us. If you'd like to chat about any of the below, please give us a call and we'll be more than happy to help!

• Dogs are by application only and acceptance of a dog is always at the discretion of the park, and this can be withdrawn at any time.
• We have set sites available for pets. Bookings will not be accepted on any other site other than those dedicated sites
• Site numbers 97, 97A, 98, 98A, 99, 99A are our dedicated pet sites, please refer to park map
• No cabin or ensuite site bookings.
• No pets on riverfront camping sites.

Conditions

• The dog must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van or tent
• The dog must be supervised at all times and never left unattended
• For health and safety reasons dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park, camp kitchen areas, children's play areas, pool area and inside cabin accommodation
• Dogs may be walked around park on a leash only
• Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog's or pet's waste
• The dog owner must agree that the park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests
• Washing machines and laundry sinks are strictly for human washing only. If you need to wash your dog there is a dog wash at a nearby service station for your convenience.

Tariffs: The current tariff reflects the number of guests stated. Our tariffs quoted are current at the time of booking & are subject to change without notice. Tariffs are subject to change annually on 1st May.

Quiet Time: For the comfort of other park guests, there is a noise curfew of 11pm.

Children: Parents are responsible for their children's actions on their bikes (helmets must be worn) and for general behaviour around the park. Children under 12 years old must be supervised in the swimming pool, playground, jumping pillow and in and around amenities blocks.

Cabins: Our cabins are supplied with a complimentary starter pack of dishwashing tablets, soap, toilet paper, tea and coffee replenishment of these items is the responsibility of the guest.

Cars: Please note, one vehicle per Villa / Sites / Glamping Tent is permitted. This applies to all cabins and sites within the park.

PEAK SEASON

Deposits and Payments: A credit card deposit of 2 nights is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. 50% of the total reservation is due by end of June for Summer Bookings and balance is due by end of October for all PEAK bookings. If your booking is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.

BPAY payment must be made by next business day. All deposits due must be received within 7 days. If deposits are not received within 7 day terms, your booking will be cancelled without notification.

December/ January Booking Payment Terms: All bookings from Boxing Day until 31st January will require a 2 night deposit at the time of the booking. A 2nd Instalment of 50% of total reservation by end of June (email reminder will be sent 2 weeks prior to due date). Final Instalment will be the remaining balance of booking including all adjustments to be finalised by the end of October (email reminder will be sent 2 weeks prior to due date).

Easter & Ute Muster Booking Payment Terms: All bookings made for the Easter & Ute Muster weekends require a 2 night deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance for Easter is due one month prior to arrival (email reminder will be sent 2 weeks prior to due date).

Changes & Cancellations-Peak: Changes and cancellations must be made directly with the park & must be more than 60 days prior to arrival. If any cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival the full payment is forfeited. All refundable deposits are subject to a $50 cancellation/booking fee.

Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the unused nights. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for more information. Cars are not permitted to be parked on riverfront camping sites. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays may apply over peak/high season or park deemed special events. Adult’s rates apply to persons from 16 years. Children’s rates apply to guests aged 2-15 years. There is no charge under 2 years. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card • Not be able to pay for any charges • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog or other un-authorised animals. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park are deemed by management to behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damaged caused.

Strictly on availability only, member needs to ring a minimum of 24 hours in advance to arrange. May not be honoured if guest arrives on day without arranging prior to arrival.
