Reception Hours

8am-7pm Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Saturday-Sunday 9am-6pm Public Holidays. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to confirm arrangements for late arrival.


Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be covered by the BIG4 COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy and the BIG4 Brand Promise, see the 'what you need to know' section, below, for more details.


Pets

Pets are not permitted within the Park.


Deposits and Payments

The park will process 100% upon booking against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. The park shall have total discretion in the acceptance of bookings made online or in any other way. Park management may refuse to accept a booking for any reason. Bookings of a "schoolies" nature will not be accepted.


Fees

Rates are nightly for up to 2 people unless otherwise indicated. Infants under 2 years old stay free. Fees apply as indicated for guests 2 years and over. All guests under 18 years old are to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.


What you need to know

COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with park's usual terms and conditions. Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings arriving from September 1 2020. Changes and Cancellation: School holidays, long weekends, public holidays and local special events cancellation must be notified at least 30 days prior to your schedule arrival for a refund. Cancellations will incur a $30 administration fee. No refunds on early departures. Please note prices quoted for all bookings are in AUD $, and are inclusive of GST. Customer’s credit card details will not be retained by BIG4 Albury Tourist Park after bookings have been processed. Late Arrivals Reception hours are 8am-7pm Weekdays and 9am-6pm Weekends and Public Holidays. Special Requests Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation. Park Rules Park Rules apply and are a condition of stay at this Park. The rules include limitations on vehicle speeds, excess noise and acceptable conduct. Please see  a full list of park rules and conditions by viewing our website. Bunk Beds Australian standards relate to the use of bunk beds and state that "children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to sleep in the top bunk. Children must not play on top bunk" Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
