If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay

Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 1 December 2026.
Modifications to bookings after 1 December will attract a fee of 100% of total booking cost.

If you are unable to meet the deposit due dates, you must contact the park to make alternate arrangements. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and forfeiture of any money paid. We will make every attempt to assist you.
