Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


Pets

Dogs welcome upon application to the Park Manager, selected cabins & sites only, not during peak periods or school holidays, conditions apply.


Deposits and Payments

Deposit of at least 1 nights accommodation is required at time of booking for all bookings made outside 30 days of arrival. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival for all off peak stays to confirm the booking.Pricing is subject to changeGuest credit / debit card details are required to secure all bookingsVisa & Mastercard credit card surcharge of 0.5% applies to this payment option

What you need to know

Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of $20 will apply to all bookings. Cancellations within 14 days but up to 48 hours prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking will apply. Refunds are unavailable for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date or due to; early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather, or where clients are asked to leave the park for breaching park rules. Park Management reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings.
