12pm - For all powered and unpowered sites, 2pm - For all Ensuite Sites, Safari Tents, Cabins


Check Out

10am. Where available a late check out can be arranged the day prior to departure, fees apply.


Reception Hours

8.30am to 5pm - 7 days a week. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.


Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be covered by the BIG4 COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy and the BIG4 Brand Promise, see the 'what you need to know' section, below, for more details.


Pets

Dogs are welcome on application at Manager's discretion. Please contact us directly on 1300 784 446 to discuss your pet and travel needs. Dogs are not allowed in any accommodation and are only permitted on designated sites in our park, conditions apply. We do not accept dogs over peak periods, holiday periods, long weekends, Easter, School Holidays and Special Events.


Deposits and Payments

For stays of 2 nights or less a deposit equal to the first nights’ accommodation is required to secure your reservation and must be paid within 3 days from the date of your deposit request.  For stays exceeding 2 nights, a deposit of 20% is to be paid within 3 days of your deposit request.  All accounts must be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival. Xmas/Jan: 25% of tariff to be paid in 7 days, 50% to be paid by the 30 Jun, paid in full by 30th Nov. Easter: 20% of tariff to be paid in 14 days, 50% to be paid by the 30 Nov, paid in full by 28th Feb. Oct Long W/end:  20% of tariff to be paid in 14 days, 50% to be paid by 31st May, paid in full by 31st Aug.


Fees

Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 16 years. Child rates apply to guests aged 3 to 15 years. There is no charge under 3 years


What you need to know

COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: 

CANCELLATION POLICY - 

 

  • Any changes to the number of nights or guests on a current booking, which results in a credit, will be held by BIG4 Nelligen Holiday Park as a guest credit for a period of 6 months.  This credit is non-refundable and can not be exchanged/redeemed for cash.

  • Early Departure:  No refunds or guest credits will be given should you decide to reduce your stay as an inhouse guest.

 

Bookings cancelled more that 30 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.  Bookings cancelled 7-29 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost. Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost.  If the accommodation/site is re-sold for the same period we will refund amounts paid less $50.00 admin fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY - XMAS & JANUARY HOLIDAYS

Bookings cancelled prior to June 30th will incur a cancellation fee of the initial 25% deposit. Bookings cancelled between June 30th and November 30th will incur a cancellation fee of the initial 25% deposit. The remaining payments made up to June 30th can be refunded.

Bookings cancelled between November 30th and December 15th will incur a cancellation fee of all payments made up until June 30th. The payments made between June 30th and November 30th can be refunded.

Bookings cancelled from 15th December onwards will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

In the event of a cancellation, we can try to re-sell your site/cabin/villa for the same period of time. If we are successful in doing so, we can offer a refund of monies paid minus a $70 cancellation fee. If we are unsuccessful in doing so, no refunds or credits will be offered.

Please be aware that fires are permitted on sites with designated fire pits under the following conditions: Fires must be retained in designated fire pits or braziers placed on slab provided for such use.  Cut & bagged wood to a maximum length of .300mm only to be used. No bulk/trailer loads of wood will be allowed in the Park. Wood is available at reception for a fee.  All fires must be out by 11pm.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be able to pay for any charges. • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
