Booking Terms & Conditions
12 Noon for sites and 2pm for Accomodation.
10am. Where available a late check out can be arranged the day prior to departure, fees apply.
8am to 5pm - 7 days a week. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
Deposit & Payments
A credit card payment equal to one nights stay is required on booking. Christmas & January Holidays (7 nights minimum) 50% of the total tariff is required to be paid by 1 July and the balance to be paid two week prior to arrival. Easter (4 nights minimum) 50% of the total tariff is required to be paid by the 30th November and the balance to be paid two week prior to arrival. October long week-end (3 nights minimum) 50% of the total is due by 31st May and the balance to be paid two week prior to arrival.
Changes & Cancellations
CANCELLATION POLICY: LOW SEASON: Cancellations advised with 24 hours notice are fully refundable. Cancellations inside of 24 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies. SHOULDER SEASON: Cancellations advised with 14 days notice are fully refundable less a $30 admin fee. Cancellations inside of 14 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies. PEAK SEASON: Cancellations advised with 60 days notice are fully refundable less a $30 admin fee. Inside 60 days of scheduled arrival date which are unable to be resold will result in forfeiture of all monies. If the site is able to be resold a refund for the sold dates will be given less $30 admin fee.
Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 16 years. Child rates apply to guests aged 3 to 15 years. There is no charge under 3 years
Dogs are welcome on application at Manager's discretion. Please contact us directly on 1300 784 446 to discuss your pet and travel needs. Dogs are not allowed in any accommodation and are only permitted on designated sites in our park, conditions apply. We do not accept dogs over peak periods, holiday periods, long weekends, Easter, School Holidays and Special Events.
You need to know
Please be aware that fires are permitted on sites with designated fire pits under the following conditions: Fires must be retained in designated fire pits or braziers placed on slab provided for such use. Cut & bagged wood to a maximum length of .300mm only to be used. No bulk/trailer loads of wood will be allowed in the Park. Wood is available at reception for a fee. All fires must be out by 11pm.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be able to pay for any charges. • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
