The Condo Spa Units! These top-of-the-range cabins have three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a spa in the ensuite bathroom. The main and second bedrooms have queen beds and there are 2 double bunks in the third bedroom. Sleeps 8 people. All linen included. Modern kitchen with drawer dishwasher, microwave and modern amenities. Great family lounge area with flat screen TV and DVD. Veranda out front with BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking the pool.

Office is open from 9am to 6pm daily, however over the quieter months, is reduced from 9am to 5.30pm

The first night is required to confirm a booking, the balance is then due 3 days prior to arrival. Different conditions apply for peak booking periods so please call reception to confirm these details. A cash/credit card security deposit of $300 may be required on arrival.
What you need to know
COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy:
Notwithstanding any applicable rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months, if, at the time of stay, any of the following criteria applies or is reasonably expected to apply:
- You, or an immediate family member, have COVID–19 at the time of stay or you have tested positive for COVID–19 within 7 days prior to arrival:
- Under a local health or government directive, you are required to self-isolate because you have been identified as a contact of a person who is a reported or suspected case of COVID-19 (note: the self-isolation requirements vary depending on the state and/or circumstances); or
- A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you can no longer travel to, or from, your destination.
Note: You may be required to provide reasonable evidence that the above circumstances apply.
Awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test will not automatically give rise to a right of cancellation under the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy. If, within 72 hours prior to arrival, you have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to obtain a COVID-19 test, please contact the park directly to discuss your options, including the potential to defer the date of arrival and/or shorten your length of stay.
To utilise this policy a guest must have made their booking on big4.com.au. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid directly to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly.
Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy will need to comply with the park's usual terms and conditions.
Make your booking with confidence that you will be able to get your money back in full if your circumstances change. This policy applies through all booking periods, except December/January and Easter school holidays where 30 days’ notice prior to arrival must be given to obtain a full refund. All other bookings can be cancelled at any time before 10am on the day prior to arrival. If the required notice is not given a cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit paid will be charged. Deposits are taken to ensure that valid bookings are made. No refund will be offered once the stay has commenced should you decide to shorten your stay.

Money Back Guarantee for BIG4 Members: If you are not fully satisfied with the facilities or service of a BIG4 Holiday Park within one hour of check-in, your registration fees will be cheerfully refunded subject to the following conditions: In order to receive a refund, park reception must be notified within one hour of check-in that the accommodation is unsatisfactory. Terms and Conditions – General Bookings: Bookings are not transferable to other persons unaccompanied minor bookings (under 18 years old) are not accepted. All persons under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Specific accommodation/sites can be requested but never guaranteed. Accommodation and sites cannot be occupied by more than the designated berth number. Occupation of accommodation commences at 3pm, check-out time is 10am, or by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: Not be the person named on the booking request. Not be able to pay for any charges. May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests. May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour. Be concealing an unauthorised dog or any other animal. A cash/credit card security deposit of $300 may be required on arrival. Minimum booking periods apply Christmas, Easter, School Holidays and other special event weekends. All tariffs are subject to change without notice. Child age limit 4-15 years old. No pets allowed, with the exception of medically certified assistance dogs. Dogs are permitted on some sites on application, at Managers discretion, and organised prior to arrival. By entering our park, you and your children consent to being photographed from time to time using the facilities for the purpose of being included in promotional material of Easts Holiday Parks.
All accommodation is non-smoking.
