This fully self-contained cabin includes:

• 2 x single bunks (sleeps 4 kids) - Open plan kitchen, dining & living area with TV
- Private entry verandah and a secluded screened alfresco lounge – perfect for outdoor refreshments and easy entertaining
This cabin shares a common wall with our Two Bedroom Duplex Cabin, but they are completely separate dwellings. An internal interconnecting door is available upon request for multi-family bookings wanting both spaces.

Changes & cancellations
In the event that you have to cancel your stay with us, please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing and sent to our reservation team via reception@solitaryislandsresort.com.au
- $30.00 administration fee is retained on all cancelled bookings, which is incurred per site or cabin that is booked.
- Unfortunately, we WILL NOT REFUND for reasons of late check-in, early check-out, shortening of stay, illness or poor weather.
- A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100.00 is required when booking any school holiday period a year in advance.
School Holiday Bookings
- Cancellations providing more than 60 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable, less a $30 administration fee.
- Cancellations providing 30 to 60 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night accommodation cost.
- Cancellations inside 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
Low Season Bookings
- Cancellations providing more than 14 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are fully refundable, less a $30 administration fee.
- Cancellations inside 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

Pet-Stay Guidelines
- All bookings for pets must be made with our Reservation Team via telephone.
- Bookings with pets during peak periods are available on limited sites only and pets are charged at $5 per night – get in quick as these sites go fast!
- Small to medium sized dogs only up to 23kg
- Maximum 2 dogs per site & 1 dog in the pet friendly cabins (small & medium dogs only)
- When you arrive at our park for your stay, you will be required to sign our pet friendly agreement which outlines the rules relating to your stay at our park.
- Dogs who have controlled barking, respond to commands and whose owners clean up their mess are the best doggie guests around!
- Remember, dogs will be welcomed at the managers’ discretion.
- The following breeds are unfortunately not allowed: Pit bull, rottweiler, mastiff, doberman, bulldog, bull terrier/ staffy, ridge back, bull arab, german shepherd, grey hounds & chow chow.
Doggie Rules
- Keep your dog leashed at all times
- Take your dog with you when you leave your site
- Walk your dog off the resort and pick up droppings
- Do not take dogs inside cabins, amenities, laundries, pool area or camp kitchen
- Do not leave your dog tied up – your dog must go with you when you go out
- We remind you that you are responsible for your dog at all times
- $50.00 charge may apply if any of above not adhered to
To help make your trip with your best friend all the more organised and comfortable, there are a couple of things to consider.
- Make sure your pet’s micro-chip details are up to date in case they wander off when you take them out of the park.
- Check their vaccinations are up to date.
- Ensure your pet’s collar and tag are secure.
- Remember to pack the essentials in your furbaby’s luggage – food and water bowls, food, fresh water for the drive, lead, bedding, toys and poop-tidy bags.
- A pet first aid kit is also an excellent idea.
Deposits & payments
- Off-Peak period bookings – 50% balance required at time of booking & the final balance will automatically be deducted from your credit card on file the day of arrival.
- A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100.00 is required when booking any school holiday period a year in advance.
- Easter bookings – 50% balance payment due by 1 August & final balance due by 1 February.
- Christmas bookings – 50% balance payment due by 1 June & final balance due by 1 November.
- September/October Holiday bookings – 50% balance payment due by 1 March & final balance due by 1 August.
- Unless otherwise specified, any remaining balance is due in full the day before you check-in. This will automatically be deducted from your credit card on file. Once full pre-payment has been made your reservation will be non-transferable and non-refundable and in the event that you need to cancel, no refund will be given.
What you need to know
- To place a reservation, you need to be 18 yrs of age and at least one person staying on any site or accommodation must be 18 years of age or older.
- Infants are deemed as being 0-2 years of age. Children are 3-15 years of age. Adults are anyone 16 years of age and older.
- You are required to present a credit card physically upon arrival at the resort, with a matching valid ID. If you are unable to provide identification your booking may be cancelled and you will be liable for all costs associated with the booking. Terms and conditions are accepted on behalf of all people named in the booking.
- Due to the safety of our guests we conduct regular maintenance on our facilities and therefore we cannot guarantee that all facilities will be operating 12 months a year. The wellbeing of guests is our main priority, and any facility closure is at our discretion. We endeavour to provide reasonable advice on any works that are planned via our website and social media. No refunds will be given due to any facility closures or failure to notify of closures.
- Our facilities including Kids Club, Pools & Splash Park and all other facilities located onsite are exclusive for all registered Guests staying at Solitary Islands Resort. Visitors are not permitted in any of these areas. All guests staying at the resort will be issued with a guest identification wristband on arrival and must be wearing the wristband for entry into these areas.
- Visitors are welcome to join you by purchasing Day Visitors Passes for access to the pool area and Use of the facilities or purchase tickets to activities. This are limited during peak school holiday periods. Visitors are classed as family or friends not registered to the booking, who are visiting for short periods of time and not staying overnight.
- We have a strict noise curfew between 10pm and 8am. During this time noise is to be of low volume for the comfort of all guests and to prevent disturbing fellow holiday makers. Our resort and team will not tolerate drunk or disorderly, aggressive behavior of any nature. Any call outs will incur a fee starting at $200 and any damage to any part of the property will incur a fee reflective of the damage to be repaired.
- Arrival Time is 2pm for all Villas, Cabins, Huts & Ensuite sites. Arrival time is 12pm for Powered River or Standard Powered sites Please make prior arrangements with Reception for late arrivals Early check-in can be pre-booked for a fee and is dependent on availability.
- Departure time is 10am. Late check-out to be pre-booked for a fee and is dependent on availability.
- We do not guarantee site numbers and your booking could be moved at any time as required due to operational issues.
- Minimum night bookings apply in holiday periods and long weekends.
- Artificial Turf sites are strictly for tents and awnings only. Under no circumstance should a vehicle, caravan or trailer of any sort be parked on top of the astro turf pad. Please do not place any hot items directly on the artificial grass. Substantial fees up to $2000 may be charged for damage of artificial grass sites.
- If cabins, Villas, Huts or sites are not left in a clean, tidy and undamaged manner you will be liable for additional fee starting at $200 up to the value of the damage.
- No campfires allowed on individual sites. A communal campfire pit is available.
