Changes and Cancellation

Cancellation and Changes Policy - If you wish to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund you will need to notify our reception at least two weeks prior to the arrival date. If you notify us any less than two weeks before your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, you will not be entitled to a refund. Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and extra costs may occur.


Pets

Crestview Tourist Park has a strict no pet policy. The only exception to this rule is an assistance animal: • Official paperwork and identification must be supplied at time of check in. • The guest is responsible for all damage and faeces removal for the animal. • The Assistance Dog must be on a lead when outside of the Cabin/Villa.


Deposits and Payments

A one-night stay fee will be charged upon booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is due in full on arrival. Please be aware that we only accept Mastercard and Visa. We do not accept Diners Club or any other card. Please note that we reserve the right to charge the credit card provided at booking with any loss, damages, or extra cleaning fees due to breaches of the Crestview Tourist Park terms and conditions.


Fees

Credit Card Transaction Fee - Bookings settled with a credit card are subject to a 1.5% surcharge.


What you need to know

Identification-
Please make sure to bring a valid photo identification.  A passport, government issued I.D. card or driving licence are all accepted as valid forms of identification and must be presented at check-in.

Age Restrictions-
Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (18 or over). All bookings must have at least one adult in each Cabin/Villa booked.

Payment-

Cabin/Villa Keys & Boom Gate Pass-
Guests will be given a key and boom gate pass when they check-in. If required a second key is available. If the guest loses or damages a key, the guest will be charged $20.00 for each replacement. If the guest loses or damages a boom gate pass, the guest will be charged $50.00 for a replacement.

Guest Behaviour-
The comfort, safety and security of our guests is important to us. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests or staff will be asked to leave Crestview Tourist Park and will not be given a refund.
Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff and property at all times.

No Smoking-
Smoking is not permitted in any of our Cabins or Villas. Any guest found smoking inside a Cabin or Villa will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee and asked to leave immediately. A refund will not be issued.
Ash trays are provided in front of every Cabin and Villa. Please ensure all cigarette butts are disposed in them.
No Drugs-
Drug use is illegal in Australia. Any guest found using drugs within any of the Cabins or Villas will be asked to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be issued.

Noise Curfew-
We ask that everyone abide by our 10pm noise curfew. No music, large outdoor gatherings, shouting etc, are permitted after 10pm. This is to allow all our guests a peaceful, uninterrupted sleep at our park. Guests who break this curfew will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.

Damage to Crestview Tourist Park Property-
Guests will be expected to reimburse Crestview Tourist Park for any damage caused by misuse, inappropriate or reckless behaviour during their stay.

No Pet Policy-
Crestview Tourist Park has a strict no pet policy.
The only exception to this rule is an assistance animal:

  • The Assistance Dog must be on a lead when outside of the Cabin/Villa.
Laundry Facilities-
  • The laundry is open from 8am to 9pm daily.
  • The washing machine and dryers require 5 x $1.00 coins to operate.
  • Change can be obtained from Reception between 8am and 6pm.
  • An iron and ironing board are available to be used in the laundry. Please do not remove these items from the laundry.
