Your initial outlay is tailored to your budget – so you can have all the modern conveniences or a basic caravan and annex. It’s not about the caravans, it’s more about the tapestry of personalities and the great friendships that you forge. You lease the site on an annual basis, which is a modest amount for the services provided plus full use of all caravan park facilities.
