What changes can I anticipate with my Perks+ membership?
BIG4 Holiday Parks is expanding its national footprint, as such you will begin to see an increase in the number of parks available to book online and receive your discount.
This includes the introduction of a significant number of Partner Parks (previously known as Affiliate Parks).
It’s important to note, when staying at a Partner park, your Perks+ accommodation discount applies only when you book via BIG4.com.au.
When staying at a BIG4 park, you will continue to receive your Perks+ discount whether you book online at BIG4.com.au or direct with the park.
All other terms and conditions relating to your Perks+ membership will remain the same.
When will the changes commence?
These changes will take place on November 10th, 2022.
What is a Partner Park on BIG4.com.au?
A Partner Park is a non-BIG4-branded Park which was previously known as an Affiliate Park. They can be found in key locations across Australia, expanding the accommodation options available on BIG4.com.au.
How can I identify a Partner Park?
All Partner Parks will be clearly labelled as “Partner' or 'Partner Park’ on search pages and on their BIG4.com.au park page.
Partner Parks will not have 'BIG4' in their Park name.

How can I identify a BIG4 Park?
All BIG4 Parks have ‘BIG4’ in their Park name and are clearly identified on BIG4.com.au i.e. BIG4 Bright Holiday Park or dual branded such as BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Soldiers Point.
When visiting a Park, it will be clearly identified by prominent BIG4 branding throughout the Park and you can ask a staff member if unsure.
Will I still receive 10% off bookings as a Perks+ member at BIG4 Parks?
Yes, Perks+ members will continue to receive 10% off (up to $50) bookings that are made through the BIG4 website (excludes bookings made as part of a special deal or offer) or direct with BIG4 branded parks.
Will I still receive 10% off bookings as a VIPerks member at BIG4 Parks?
Yes, VIPerks members will continue to receive 10% off (uncapped) bookings that are made through the BIG4 website (excludes bookings made as part of a special deal or offer) or direct with BIG4 branded parks.
Will Perks+ and VIPerks members receive their 10% discount at Partner Parks?
Yes, when booking via BIG4.com.au.
BIG4 Members going direct to Partner Parks, whether over the phone or via the park's own website, will not be eligible for their BIG4 member discount.
Will I still receive in-park Perks at BIG4 Parks?
Perks+ and VIPerks members will continue to receive a wide range of in-park Perks when staying at BIG4 branded parks.
Will I receive in-park Perks at Partner Parks?
Stays at Partner Parks are not eligible for in-park Perks, as previously the case at Affiliate Parks.
Does my 10% discount at an Affiliate/Partner Park still stand if my booking is in the future?
If your booking was made prior to 10 November 2022, you are still eligible for your BIG4 member discount even if your arrival date is on or after 10 November 2022.
If you make a booking direct at a Partner Park (not via BIG4.com.au) on or after November 10 2022, you are not eligible for a BIG4 member discount.
All online bookings are still eligible for relevant discounts on accommodation across all Parks on BIG4.com.au.
What do I do if I have a customer complaint or query about a Park?
As all parks on BIG4.com.au are independently owned and operated, we encourage you to contact the park direct for a more accurate and timely response. Alternatively submit your complaint via the contact us page on BIG4.com.au and we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours, during the business hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
