I have never set up a BIG4 account – how do I set one up?
As a BIG4 member, an account is automatically activated for you using your email address.
Simply select ‘forgot password’ on the login page, enter your email address, and we will send you an email to assist in setting up your new password.
My email is not recognised when I try to set up a password on BIG4.com.au. What’s wrong?
If the email you provided when you joined as a Perks Member is no longer active, please call our friendly staff during business hours on 1300 738 044 and we can help update your details and send out a new password reset email.
I am a BIG4 Perks member – can I access the discounts?
The portal is available only to Perks+ and VIPerks members. To access great discounts, you can upgrade your membership to BIG4 Holiday Perks+ from my account for $50 for two years. You can immediately access great discounts and save 10% (up to $50) per booking and receive in-park Perks during your stay.
Can I take my BIG4 Holiday Perks+ or VIPerks Membership card into a participating store to access the discount?
Unfortunately, no. The discounts are accessed only from the Lifestyle Rewards Portal.
How do I purchase from the Lifestyle Rewards website?
Select your product and follow the prompts through to checkout. Some products offer the option of digital delivery to use for yourself, or as a gift. Other products provide a promotion code. Simply go to the website and enter the promo code to access your discount.
How long does it take for a digital voucher to be delivered?
Please allow up to 24 hours for digital vouchers to appear in your inbox.
Who do I contact if I don’t receive my voucher?
For digital delivery, please check your spam or junk folder (and settings) as a first point.

Will my digital voucher get blocked or junked during digital delivery?
Lifestyle Rewards uses a world-leading digital delivery platform. This same platform has been used by leading retailers across the US and in other parts of the world and has invested in the most advanced techniques to ensure the card is received safely by the intended email account.
What do I do if my vouchers are lost, stolen, or damaged?
You should treat your voucher as if it were cash. If your voucher has been lost or stolen, please phone Lifestyle Rewards’ Customer Service team on 1300 887 787.
