Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Please include your tow/draw bar in the estimate.
Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).
Note: Include annexes of pullouts in width.

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

Deposit & Payments
A credit card deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation is required at the time of booking. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes and cancellations for all bookings must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. These changes and cancellations will incur a $25 administration fee. If a cancellation is within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
Fees may apply if arrival is after 7pm
Any bookings with pets must be made by contacting the park directly on 08 9721 3800

The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. The balance is due on check-in. Reception hours are 8am to 6pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact the park during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Fees may apply if arrival is after 7pm. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day, or who arrive after reception hours without making alternate arrangements may forfeit the cost of their first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum booking periods apply during school holidays, long weekends and special events. Tariffs quoted are for 2 people. Additional persons 2 years and over will incur additional charges. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted on the Park without prior approval of Management. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 2pm. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: *Not be the person named on the booking request. *Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card *Not be able to pay for any charges *May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests *May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour *Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age *Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal We reserve the right to eject guests from the Park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park rules.
