The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check-in (off peak), or 30 days prior to arrival (peak).
COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy:
Notwithstanding any applicable rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months, if, at the time of stay, any of the following criteria applies or is reasonably expected to apply:

Awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test will not automatically give rise to a right of cancellation under the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy. If, within 72 hours prior to arrival, you have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to obtain a COVID-19 test, please contact the park directly to discuss your options, including the potential to defer the date of arrival and/or shorten your length of stay.
To utilise this policy a guest must have made their booking on big4.com.au. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid directly to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly.
Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy will need to comply with the park's usual terms and conditions.
Any changes to reservations or cancellations will incur an administration fee of $35.00.
All cancellation must be made directly with the park in writing.
Upon cancellation, monies paid (minus any cancellation fees) can be credited to a client account for future stays. Any money transferred for future stays at the parks will only be valid for 12 months from the original reservation date. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived.
Off Peak Periods
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to reservation date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days from the reservation surrender the bond (one’s night tariff). Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, surrender all monies paid.
Peak, High & Shoulder Periods
Full payment may be required by a designated date; this will be supplied upon the reservation (approx. 30 days for peak and selected shoulder periods).
Cancellation made before the designated full payment date will receive a refund of all monies paid minus a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made after the designated full payment date surrender all monies paid.
BIG4 Busselton Holiday Park is a smoke-free environment.
This tariff is based on the above number of adults and children - if these numbers change the tariff may also change.
Deposits and payments: All reservations require a bond (deposit) to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a bond, we are unable to make you a reservation. The minimum bond payable is equal to one night’s tariff. Your final balance is due prior to your arrival, a date will be given to you in your confirmation email. A $50 refundable bond for the boom gate remote is required on arrival for caravan and camping sites. A credit card pre-authorisation of $200 bond is required for all accommodation upon arrival. Any damages caused during the stay will be charged against that card, or the amount equivalent to the damage will be kept.
Your booking is for a set time and, once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Cancellations must be made in writing. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you consider taking out domestic travel insurance.
Reception hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, seven days a week. If you will be arriving outside these times you need to contact the park reception during open hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or by 10am the following day will forfeit all monies paid. Minimum booking periods apply during school holidays, long weekends and during special events. A minimum stay of two nights is required at all other times. Children are charged between 2-15 years old. There is no charge for children under two years.
Check-in time is after 3pm, and check-out time is before 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs can be arranged subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: - not be the person named on the booking - not be the person named on the credit card or authorised to use the card - not be able to pay for charges - may cause damage to the property of the park or other guests - may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour - be younger than 18 years old unaccompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a way that is socially unacceptable, causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language, or breaking other park rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for damages caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
