Booking Terms & Conditions
Check-in is 11am for sites and 2pm for accommodation
Check-out is 10am. Late check-outs maybe available on request.
Reception hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. Guests arriving outside these times should contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit for the first night of your stay is required on booking, if booking more than 14 days in advance. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Full payment is required if booking is 14 days prior to arrival.
Changes & Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival, a $30 administration fee will be deducted from the deposit paid. If notice of cancellation is less than 14 days no refund is given.
Adult’s rates apply to persons 17 years and above. Children rates apply to guests aged 3-16 years old. There is no charge under three years old.
Pets are not permitted in accommodation. Pets are only permitted on sites outside of peak periods - contact park reception to confirm if pet is allowed. Reception is to be notified on arrival if a pet is staying and a form filled in and signed.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
