Check-in is 12pm for sites and 2pm for accommodation


Check Out

Check-out is 10am. Late check-outs maybe available on request.


Reception Hours

Reception hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. Guests arriving outside these times should contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.


Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be covered by the BIG4 COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy and the BIG4 Brand Promise, see the 'what you need to know' section, below, for more details.


Pets

Pets are not permitted in accommodation. Pets are only permitted on sites outside of peak periods - contact park reception to confirm if pet is allowed. Reception is to be notified on arrival if a pet is staying and a form filled in and signed.


Deposits and Payments

Christmas/New year’s (December 24th – January 8th) 3 Night Minimum.A deposit of $50 is required on booking. Payment equal to 50% of total tariff due by 1st July with balance due by 1st DecemberEaster: 4 Night Minimum.A deposit of $50 is required on booking. Payment equal to 50% of total tariff due by 30th November and balance due 28 days prior to arrival.Long Weekends: 3 Night Minimum.A deposit of $50 is required on booking. Payment equal to 50% of total tariff due 3 months prior to arrival with balance due 28 days prior to arrival.High Season and Low Season: A deposit equal to one nights stay is to be paid on booking with final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.


Fees

Adult’s rates apply to persons 17 years and above. Children rates apply to guests aged 3-16 years old. There is no charge under three years old.


What you need to know

COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: Peak Season: Cancellations made greater than 28 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations made within 28 days which are unable to be resold will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. If the site/accommodation is resold, a refund for the sold dates will be given minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.High Season/Low Season: Cancellations made greater than 14 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. No accommodation/site number is guaranteed. Minimum stays are applicable and shown on rates/availability screen. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
