Reception hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. Guests arriving outside these times should contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.

Pets are not permitted in accommodation. Pets are only permitted on sites outside of peak periods - contact park reception to confirm if pet is allowed. Reception is to be notified on arrival if a pet is staying and a form filled in and signed.
Christmas/New year’s (December 24th – January 8th) 3 Night Minimum.A deposit of $50 is required on booking. Payment equal to 50% of total tariff due by 1st July with balance due by 1st DecemberEaster: 4 Night Minimum.A deposit of $50 is required on booking. Payment equal to 50% of total tariff due by 30th November and balance due 28 days prior to arrival.Long Weekends: 3 Night Minimum.A deposit of $50 is required on booking. Payment equal to 50% of total tariff due 3 months prior to arrival with balance due 28 days prior to arrival.High Season and Low Season: A deposit equal to one nights stay is to be paid on booking with final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Adult’s rates apply to persons 17 years and above. Children rates apply to guests aged 3-16 years old. There is no charge under three years old.
COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy:
Notwithstanding any applicable rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months, if, at the time of stay, any of the following criteria applies or is reasonably expected to apply:

Awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test will not automatically give rise to a right of cancellation under the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy. If, within 72 hours prior to arrival, you have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to obtain a COVID-19 test, please contact the park directly to discuss your options, including the potential to defer the date of arrival and/or shorten your length of stay.
To utilise this policy a guest must have made their booking on big4.com.au. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid directly to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly.
Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy will need to comply with the park's usual terms and conditions.
Peak Season: Cancellations made greater than 28 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations made within 28 days which are unable to be resold will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. If the site/accommodation is resold, a refund for the sold dates will be given minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.High Season/Low Season: Cancellations made greater than 14 days prior to arrival will be fully refundable minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
