Reception Hours

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday: 9:30am - 4pm Public Holidays: 10am - 2pm CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to confirm arrangements for late arrival.


Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


Pets

Pets welcome at the Managers discretion they must be on a lead at all times and declared at time of booking.Pets are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in our accommodation and communal areas such as amenities block, camp kitchen, pool etc.


Deposits and Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online bookings.


What you need to know

Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. Changes and Cancellation: In the event of your booking being cancelled prior to arrival the following conditions apply; 7 days or more prior to arrival - full refund less $30.00 cancellation fee. Notice given less than 7 days to arrival - No Refund Applicable. Early departure during your stay will receive no refund but a credit for next visit.  Room Service: Please note we do not service cabins during your stay.
