Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits are not refundable unless 30+ days prior notice of your arrival date is provided. All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 administration fee. Please notify us by email or phone of your intention to cancel or reduce the length of your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Guest can keep the deposit paid as a credit for a future booking.
If guest has paid in full and wants to shorten their stay, no refund will be given.
Should guest choose to leave early or be asked to leave prior to Checkout date - No refund will be given.
Management reserves the right to relocate or change the booked room/site, prior to, or on arrival.
Extra Vehicles/Boats/Trailers: Please consult reception if you plan on bringing an additional car, boat or trailer as most cabins and sites do not have additional parking space.
Pets welcome at the Managers discretion they must be on a lead at all times and declared at time of booking.Pets are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in our accommodation and communal areas such as amenities block, camp kitchen, pool etc.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Room Service: Please note we do not service cabins during your stay.
CHECK IN for Sites between 11am - 4:45pm (Monday to Friday) 11am to 3:45pm (Saturday to Sunday) Please advise us if you require late check-in.
CHECK IN for accommodation between 2pm - 4:45pm (Monday to Friday) 2pm to 3:45pm (Saturday to Sunday) Please advise us if you require late check-in.
CHECK OUT for all guests is by 10am.
