  • Reception hours

    Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday: 9:30am - 4pm Public Holidays: 10am - 2pm CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to confirm arrangements for late arrival.

  • Deposit & Payments

    A credit card deposit equivalent to one night stay of the accommodation is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. The balance is due on check-in and a credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check-in.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    In the event of your booking being cancelled prior to arrival the following conditions apply; 7 days or more prior to arrival - full refund less $30.00 cancellation fee. Notice given less than 7 days to arrival - No Refund Applicable. Early departure during your stay will receive no refund but a credit for next visit.

  • Pets

    Pets welcome at the Managers discretion they must be on a lead at all times and declared at time of booking. Pets are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in our accommodation and communal areas such as amenities block, camp kitchen, pool etc.

  • You need to know

    Room Service: Please note we do not service cabins during your stay.
