Reception Hours

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday: 9:30am - 4pm Public Holidays: 10am - 2pm CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to confirm arrangements for late arrival.

Changes and Cancellation

Please note: These terms & conditions apply for COVID19 as you are booking at your own risk.

Cancellations and Refunds - No refunds are given on bookings cancelled within 7 days or less prior to arrival date. NO EXCEPTIONS 

When 31 days or more notice is given, the deposit can be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee. 

Or -- Customer can keep the deposit paid as a credit for a future booking.

Management reserves the right to relocate or change the booked room/site, prior to, or on arrival.

If guest's wants to shorten their stay, no refund will be given but we can keep the money as a credit for a future stay.

Should guest choose to leave early or be asked to leave prior to Checkout date - No refund will be given. 

Room Service: Please note we do not service cabins during your stay.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.


Pets welcome at the Managers discretion they must be on a lead at all times and declared at time of booking.Pets are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in our accommodation and communal areas such as amenities block, camp kitchen, pool etc.

Deposits and Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
