2:30pm. If arriving after 6pm, please contact us.
8:30am-6pm from Monday-Thursday and Saturday. 8:30am-7pm on Friday. 9am-5pm on Sunday. Extended hours for peak periods will apply.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit of 50% will be taken at time of booking (or four months prior to arrival). Balance is to be paid on arrival.
Changes & Cancellations
BIG4 Taggerty Holiday Park reserves the right to charge a $20 administration fee for all cancellations. Off Peak: - Cancellations notified within 30 days of commencement of booking - full refund of any deposit less administration fee, or hold your full deposit as a credit against a future booking made within six months of original arrival date, then forfeit deposit if not claimed within said time period. - Cancellation occurring five days or less - no refund. Peak: - Cancellation notified within 30 days of commencement of booking - there will be no refund of deposit, unless re-booked in its entirety less administration fee. - No refund for late arrivals or early departures.
All visitors must report to reception upon arrival, so please advise them to do so. Day visitors are charged at $3 per adult and $2 per child. If visitors are still in the park after 7pm, an overnight fee will be charged. Visitors must leave their vehicles in the car park.
You need to know
By booking with BIG4 Taggerty Holiday Park and confirming your booking with a deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions and all Park Rules. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted. The use of chainsaws or generators are not permitted. Guests arriving outside reception hours must contact the park during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
- Not be the person named on the booking request.
- Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
- Not be able to pay for any charges incurred.
- May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
- May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
- Be younger than 18 years old and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be:
- Concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
- Using generators or chainsaws.
- Having fires in or on the ground and not in a C.F.A. approved manner.
- Behaving in a socially unacceptable way.
- Causing damage.
- Disturbing other guests.
- Using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules.
No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
Cabins - Are to be left clean and tidy with dishes and cookware cleaned and put away, all rubbish and fridge items to be removed. BIG4 Taggerty Holiday Park reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee up to $50 for cabins left in an inappropriate manner, to be deemed inappropriate at BIG4 Taggerty Holiday Parks discretion. All cabins are strictly non-smoking, in consideration of the health and comfort of incoming guests. Any failure to comply with this policy will incur an additional fee of $200 for cleaning purposes. This fee can also be applied at BIG4 Taggerty Holiday Parks discretion in the case of strong permeable odours that require carpet, lounges and/or curtains to be cleaned, such as intense cooking odours. BIG4 Taggerty Holiday Park reserves the right to change site and cabin allocation when necessary. A linen change will be provided for stays longer than seven nights, at no extra charge. Extra linen or towelling can be provided at any time at a charge of $2 per item.
Australian Standards relate to the use of bunk beds and state that: "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk. Children must not play on the top bunk" Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
