Three-bedroom House

Overview

Our three-bedroom house sleeps nine and is suitable for a larger family and friends. The main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has one set of bunk beds plus a trio bed. All bedding and linen is provided, even beach towels. The kitchen has full-size fridge, oven and microwave with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc. all provided. The dining area has a large family table and the lounge room a flat screen television and DVD player with a modular suite. The bathroom has a bath and shower with separate toilet. Reverse cycle heating/cooling for all year round comfort plus an outdoor area with barbecue and outdoor seating.

Check In

Check in is 2pm. Please ring the day before check in to see if early arrival is possible.


Check Out

Check out is 10am. Please check with reception the night before to see if late check out is possible.


Reception Hours

8.30am - 8.00pm - 7 days a week. Late check in is fine, but please notify reception in advance.


Changes and Cancellation

For stays during PEAK season must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 30 days of arrival all payments are forfeited if the booking isn’t rebooked. Refunds will not be given if booking is changed during stay. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival, deposit refunded less an admin fee of $30.

The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. The balance is due on check in except in PEAK season, when the balance is due 30 days in advance of your arrival date. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in.


Fees

A minimum stay period applies during PEAK season, School Holidays, Public Holidays and Special Events. Extra Person Charges - Adult’s rates apply to persons 16 years and over. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years. All visitors to the park are to report to reception on arrival and pay the appropriate visitors fee.

We reserve the right to EVICT guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
